Okacet Cold

I have a sore throat, running nose & watering eyes. I got Okacet cold from the chemist but was not sure of the dosage. I am 55 years of age & in good health. Prash.

I am 59 and have a severe throat cold no cough what can I take to clear?
I have tried many over the counter drugs but no positive results.
