Oblong White Pill With No Markings

Checking to see if you can tell me what a white oblong pill with no markings except a score on 1 side is. My Dad has been taking them and within a few hours of taking it, he is slurring his words and stumbling around. Need to find out what they are.

I'd take it to a pharmacy they should be able to tell you what it is, I don't know of any narcotic that doesn't have some sort of marking. If you find out please post, you have me curious

Deb is correct, a narcotic that's available for prescription in the U.S. would have some type of marking to enable its identification, the same is true of all other prescription products.

However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there are some that can cause those types of symptoms if taken in large doses.

There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

Has anyone asked him about them?
