Nurokind Plus + Thyronorm

Hi,

I am Venu from India.
I was very sharp-minded 5 year before and had good memory capabilities in my collage days. But now, day by day, I am losing my memory potentialities and Gaining my weight now I am 74 Kg, I was 65 2 yrs before. Along with, I have following problem started these days are:

*numbness, palsy
*Slow speech & not fluent
*Low tongue taste & smell
*Weight gain (unintentional)
*Losing memory
*Losing concentration & slow decision taking
*Being more sensitive to cold
*Constipation
*Paleness or dry skin
*Weakness & lazyness
*Reduced sexual involvement and sexual duration is also decreased.
*Feeling infertility

PLease give me full details / causes for my aboves issue
Then doctor prescribed THYRONORM 25 & NEUROKIND PLUS
I consulted to a Doctor MD for issues. He suggested for HYPOTHYROIDISM tests

and Reports are as follows:

T3 - 1.35 ng/ml
T4 - 9.7 ug/dl
TSH - 2.82 ulU/ml

Later I browsed & googled for hypothyroidism and find best medicine is as THYROSINE, but THYRONORM 25 is not having thyrosine where as it is having Thyroxine sodium I.P.

Please Let me know, whether THYROSINE and Thyroxine sodium are same function and use for same purposes? Any suggestion for it will be greatly appreciated & many thankful.
