I am unable to find Nikoran 5mg medicine in Dubai. Kindly suggest where I can get it in the UAE. Or suggest a substitute of Nikoran 5mg (salt name is nicorandle). ## I'm sorry, but we are based in the U.S., so this site does not have any information on where this is available in other countries. Nicorandil is a vasodilator that is commonly used to treat angina. In refractory angina after angioplasty what should be treatment guidelines ## I'm using nicorandil 10mg twice daily but don't find it helpful. Can I use Ranolazine 500 mg along with nicorandil? On exertion or when blood pressure is raised I find it distressing ( pain & chest pressure ). I've stents in heart.

My father, 59 years of age ..diabetic n has high bp too, recently had a leg fracture n afterwards developed some heaviness in his left hand..All the relevant tests done like eco, ECG, n other blood tests were all normal too. Still the doctor suggested to he take Nikoran 5 twice a day.. I'm confused as to whether it's safe to use it or not as my father has no heart problem as such..please reply. ## It is always best to follow the doctor's instructions about taking a medication. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and low blood pressure. What other medications is he taking?

I have stent promos xience 3.0×24 prox LAD since May of 2012. At that time my Dr prescribed Nikoran 5 mg and nicrocontin 2.6 mg. After 2.5 yrs on both meds they were stopped by the Dr. Now I'm getting betaloc 25, cardece 2.5, espringold 10mg. and I'm feeling a pinching pain in my left arm. I was admitted into a local hospital. I took sos 5 mg & feel better again, but still feel pinching pain. What should I do? Should I continue nitrocontin 2.6 & Nikoran 5 mg.?

I have undergone angioplasty on 21/04/11 after heartattack and doctor has recommended for several drugs such as: Ecosprin 150mg, Clopigrel 75mg, Angispan TR 2.6, Storvas 5, Nikoran 5mg. I am getting beckache, I had studied on net and derived that storvas 5 is the culprit. Now what should I do, shall I go for a substitute drug or continue with these drugs. ## You should try Coq forte. nikoran is a tablet for heart patients .Can a person taking nikoran can take viagra ## Heart problems among others, are some of the reasons why you should not take Viagra. I would not combine any heart drugs with Viagra. I would consult your M.D. before mixing any drugs with your heart medication. I underwent CABG, heart bypass surgery. It has been two months I had surgery. I visited one doctor who advised instead of CARCA-3.125mg I should take Nikoran 5mg. Kindly comment . ## i had CABG - heart bypass surgery before 10 years my doctor has advised to take CARCA 6. and also Nikoran 20Mg (one time) Kindly comment is it good to take ?

CABG was performed on me for 100% block in RCA and 89% block in LAD in year 1989. I was generally okay till about six months ago. I now get chest pain while walking fast or when there is heated discussion or any emotional distress. I have been prescribed Nikoran 5 twice daily, Flavedon MR twice daily, Clopitab A 150 once a day and Monotrate 10 twice a day. I am feeling better. But my facial skin has become dark and I get pain in the Left leg. Is ir due to sude effects of these medicines? If yes what can be done?

after angioplasty i am taking ecospirin 150, prasugrel 10, atorva 80, nikoran 5, now am suffring strong headache. ## I have been prescribed tablet nicopress 5 mg twice a day. I am suffereing from severe headache. I have been diagnosed with block in LAD and advised to undergo Angioplasty. ## The bad headaches are a very common side effect of Nicorandil, which is the active ingredient in these medications. i am getting persistant dry cough .can it be due to to nikoran drug i have started having ## Nikoran contains the active ingredient Nicorandil, which is commonly used to treat angina and this isn't listed as a side effect, but I do know some similar blood pressure medications have been known to cause a dry cough. Can Nikoran (Nicorandil) be taken on an empty stomach? Please inform. ## It's listed that it can be taken with, or without food. So, it really depends on you, if it makes you nauseous, you may need to make sure to take it when you eat something. Learn more Nicorandil details here. I sometimes have pain on right side of my chest. It travels to the back where it is more severe. The pain comes and goes irregularly. Dr. has prescribed Nikoran 5, but that is of little help. My question: Is there any food item that reduces the blocked arteries. My arteries have 50% blockage. ## 051188 ## After my Angioplasty using balloon only, i was prescribed Nikoran 5mg twice daily.
