What side effects have others encountered while taking Neulasta? ## I don't have any personal experience with this medication, but I was able to gather some details on the side effects one might expect while taking Neulasta... Common, less serious side effects can include: muscle, joint, or bone pain; temporary hair loss; nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite; changes in your sense of taste; weakness, dizziness; headache; or sleep problems (insomnia).
