Nafasol contains Naproxen, it is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising.

Alan, which medication has your doctor told you to take? Long term use of either one could cause liver damage, but it depends on your dosage, and what other medications you might be taking.
