My Experience With Generic Teva Adderall

It seems in the last 2 years, after Barr sold out to TEVA,
that their adderall products went down hill....and fast.

I remember when Barr Adderall 30mg IR was, in my opinion, the best.. Now....here is what I am experiencing:

An immediate "boost" of the drug into my system, lasting only about 90min, followed by a rapid come-down.

This was NOT the case before Teva took over Barr.

Concerning Corepharma: take it if you like sugar pills.

Concerning Sandoz: weak, but better concerning the rapid "up" and "down"


Remember the FDA's +- 20% And also remember that the FDA "takes the generic company's word" so to
speak with respect to bio-equivalence testing.

And trust me, they are not out checking each pill (lol)
--after-- they submit their contrived tests to the FDA post marketing....so, with Big Pharma...you pretty much have to take their word for it.....

i took teva barr adderall about 4 months ago it was scarry i normally take ritalin but was prescribed adderall as a kid and remember a much different reaction. It would give me energy and actually make me concentrate this time it did nothing but make me a emotional mess did exactly the opposite of what it should and made me look like i was high. im a recovering addict and my mom saw me and thought i relapsed on heroin. I tried to take it back to the pharmacy and return it cause it was expensive and they assured me it was real and my body chemistry changed i told them to f*** off there is no way that is adderall how would you know did you take it, im no longer allowed at the pharmacy. I went home and called teva and they were very intrested in what happened and told me to take it back and the pharmcy would give me my money back it wasnt just about the money i didnt want them to give it to anyone else i even went to the hospitol. Any way it was the worst feeling ever and i did alot of drugs im not taking it to get high but really do have add i was on all of the different meds when i was younger. i got my money back and they sent the pills to manufactuer i never heard anything but from what i understand that never happens getting your money back and they were very concerned when i talked to them on the phone. maybe im just paranoid but i no longer have trust in the pharmacutical industry i'm freaked out to take pills and constantly argue with phamacists and they have all been extremely rude did it become easy to be a pharmacist because some of these a**holes seem oblivious. i went back to ritalin which i hate but it helps at work but got a different brand and had a different reaction it was actually better more smoth than what i was used to. i talked to my dr and said i want consistancy and he prescribed me vyvanse i start tommarow and hopefully have a good reaction to it the company shire is even paying for it but they are the only ones that make it so i wont get any surprises hopefully. i would love to try a name brand adderall and see what happens but they are too expensive shire doesnt float the bill for them but i think the whole thing shortage high prices poor quality was all a scam to get people on vyvanse cause they hold the patten and there are alot of people on vyvanse now.

Mallinckodt is horrible. It had absolutely no efficacy.

The most potent I have found, even though they were taken over by Teva
is the Teva/Barr brand for generic Adderall IR
