Modlip F Tablets

I have been pricribed by my Doctor Modlip F one Tablet
at night, Kindly advice what is the nature of the medicen and what is this medicen for, also what are the side effect

Modlip-F contains the active ingredients Atorvastatin and Fenofibrate, it is commonly used to help lower cholesterol.

Common side effects may include: dizziness, nausea, joint/muscle aches and headache.

Currently I am 38 year old, I am taking medicines since last 13 years, meanwhile for allmost 2-3 years I was neglecting and avoid to check B.P., In Aug-11 I had a B.P. Checkup and it was 240/160 when Feeling fine, nwxt early morning just after medicine(Amlodipine 5mg Atenolol 50mg) which was from 10 years I was taking still my B.P. was 180/150, Doctor changed the medicine to Metosartan 50, my pulse rate never achive below 100 marks, I told Dr. that Atenolol is for the same issue, I remember It was since childhood.
I waited till this month since below hundred Doctor was not ready for checkup, miraclly my B.P. was 120/80 when because of symptoms of low B.P. since 120/80 showed same result to me.
Doctor changed tab to Selokon 50 mg, and test were possible all other tests like cbc, FBG/PBG/ECG/RANDOM SUGAR were normal but lipid profilre was Cholestrol-248 mg/dl, Triglyceride 262 mg/dl, HDL 50 mg/dl LDL 145mg/dl, VLDL 52mg/dl, and finally Total CHO/HDL Risk factor 4.9 mg/dl against 3-5.
Now medicines are selokon XL 50mg,
Dilzem cd 90 mg and Modlip 'F'.
As such no liability, I had divorce year back after 10 years of marrige and 2 kids, that is a pain, after divorce reaction of relatives, Friends preferred to stay away from me. Over all as a training professional I kept myself busy but since ex wife and kids are in sane city and once in a month or once in two month kids do come to stay with me but, it create emotional atyachhar tome. Please suggest, whether start fresh and new life, or not since condition is such that it will be like started and I told by.
