The METO-ER HT tab contains a combination of Metoprolol succinate + Hydrochlorothiazide.

Common side effects that can occur with this medication include 1 or more of the following:

Chest pain or discomfort
Convulsions
Decreased urine
Dry mouth
Increased thirst
Lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting
Loss of appetite
Mood changes
Muscle pain or cramps
Nausea or vomiting
Numbness or tingling in the hands, feet, or lips
Shortness of breath
Slow or irregular heartbeat
Unusual tiredness or weakness

Less common side effects can include:

Ankle, knee, or great toe joint pain
Decreased ability to exercise
Difficult or labored breathing
Joint stiffness or swelling
Lower back or side pain
Swelling of the face, fingers, feet, or lower legs
Tightness in the chest
Wheezing

Metoprolol + Hydrochlorothiazide is indicated for the management of hypertension. It has no association with heroin withdrawals, unless high blood pressure is a side effect you are experiencing as a result of withdrawing.

In either case, it is best contact your doctor about what options might be best for your withdrawal symptoms; as he may recommend something completely different than what you were expecting, based on his medical evaluation of your current health, medical records, age, weight, any other medications you may be taking, etc.

Your doctor would also only prescribe you medications that are available in your region, at your local pharmacy. (i.e. - you wouldn't need to order anything online).

I LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT, IN MY COUNTRY, GOOD DOCTOR IS FORTUNATE AND COST IS A GREAT FACT.
AS WELL AS, I LEARNED FROM VARIOUS SOURCE OF INTERNET AND OTHERS ABOUT VARIOUS TOPICS ABOUT HEROIN WITHDRAWAL.SO, I WANT TO DO MY DETOXIFICATION & OTHER PARTS.BUT 1ST STEP DETOXIFICATION IS VERY HARD AND I TRIED IT.BUT I HAVE FAIL.I DID NOT FIND A GOOD MEDICINE LIKE, NALTREX OR SOBOXONE ,SUBUTEX, etc IN MY COUNTRY.
ANYONE CAN SAY ME A CHEAP MEDICINE WHICH I CAN GET IN MY COUNTRY??
