Methylcobalamin Tablets In India

Pls suggest product names for methylcobalamin tablets in India that can be got over the counter without prescription. I want to take it as a nutritional supplement.

while working in front of the system, i will get pain in between the joints in my Index finger (while operating the mouse) , that pain will reach upto my neck (i can feel the nerve pain),so can you please provide me the proper solution for this? doctor sugested me to take "methylcobalamin and gabapentin tablets " pls suggest me about this ?

Are Vitamin B12 supplements not available over-the-counter there in India? They are readily available here in the U.S. at just about every grocery store, including online at ebay or amazon. I'm a bit puzzled as to why you can't obtain it without a prescription there. Have you considered ordering some online?

It sounds like you may be experiencing early signs of carpel tunnel or may even have a pinched nerve in your neck area. I would think supplementing with methylcobalamin is an excellent idea. I am not very fond of prescription options though, due to their side effects, but I do think gabapentin can be helpful in relieving the pain associated with it. I would also suggest getting a trackpad instead of using a mouse, and setting up an ergonomic work desk for your computer time to help minimize strain on the nerves.
