Methycobal 500 Ug Tablets

I am taking one Osertile 100 plus tablet and one Frenxit for each day for reducing high blood pressure. I have been suffering deficiency of vitamin B12. IIt is 155.49 pg/ml. I feel unbalance between head and leg. Can I take methycobal tablet with Osertile and frenxit ? If yes, then please mention doses and time.

I cannot find any information on Osertile and what it contains.

Frenxit contains the active ingredients Flupenthixol and Melitracen, these drugs are used to treat mental health disorders, not high blood pressure.

And since the B12 is a supplement, its interactions with medications have not been studied and, depending on your other medical conditions, how much you can safely taken must be carefully considered. This is why you should consult a doctor.
