Methadone Urine Test/can I Pass A Urine Test For 5mg Of Methadone In 96hrs

I have bn taking 10mg of methadone daily for a year and recently cut down to 5mg i have bn taking 5mg for 3days as of today. I have to take a urine drug screen on Monday and today is thursday that will give approximately a little over 96 hrs to get my urine clean of the 5mg. Is it possible can I pass the urine test in 96hrs PLEASE HELP!!

Methadone can stay in your system for a urine test for as long as 6 to 12 days after your last dose. Given the length of time you've been taking Methadone, I have my doubts that your urine will be clean in 4 days (96 hours).

I wouldn't get your hopes up on doing so, but based on those numbers, passing a urine test may be a slim possibility.

Everyone is different and metabolizes these drugs differently, but if I were to suggest anything that may be of help to you, it would be to to detox your system with some sort of fasting or cleanse kit.

I would focus your attention on eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, staying hydrated (consistently pee clear), exercising at least an hour a day (rebounding, dancing, swimming, or breath work/meditation and jogging, etc) to get your lymphatic system flowing, along with getting plenty of rest each night.

Consistency is key here, but it can be done. I hope this helps!

I took 20 mgs of methadone on monday afternoon the 30th,20 tuesday the 1st morning,22.5 tuesday afternoon the ,and 17.5 wednesday morning the 2nd. will i pass a drug test on wednesday afternoon the 9th?

Thanks for the information but i passed my drug test at my pain management and then i went a 2 days early to my appointment. It is true that if you have a high tolerance to other pain medicine that it is transferred when you take methadone. I have a very high tolerance and i am 5' 11" and weigh 300lbs and i was worried at first but my doctor sent it off and the results came back negative. Now i will never put myself under that kind of stress again.Thanks

I took methadone on saterday I had a urin test on wesnday 5 days later and I passed the drug screen and I still go to the pain rehab well here I go again I hope I pass again I am prescribed 120 mg of avinza and 4 Marcos a day for breakthrue pain I'm pain free at last hope I didn't mess it up not a addict but I do need them or I get sick just trying to make it some people really need pain killers just to be able to funktion and keep a full time job without it I would be disabled legally don't want that so I take pain meds to keep from living of your tax dollars just wondering would people rather me be in pain and live of the government or keep my dignity and stay on pain meds and work pain free working in Wichita falls Texas at phy nursing assistant

i am a 27 year old female i am 5 foot 5 and i weight 118 lbs i took three 5 mg methadone pills and i need to know FORSURE when i can pass a urine drug screen without any doubts. Thats the only time ive ever taken methadone period

ok you probably already took the test and failed cause methadone stayed in my system for well over 4 weeks after i stopped taking it.....yes it might depend on how much you take but it stays in your system for a looooong time

i was wondering if u could help me please, i took my last dose of methadone on the 8th of aug and i was on it for 9 months, started at 15 mg, went to 100 with in the first 4 or 5 months and stayed on 100 till about mid july when i went to 30 for ten days and then 40 for the last week! I have a drug urine test at a pain clinic on the 3rd of sept and it will be 26 days since my last methadone drink , do u think it will be out of my urine!
when i did the urine test 12 days after my last methadone drink it was still in, please let me know if u think it will be out this time,
thanks sorry for the rambling but i cant afford to loose this docter and i should mention that the docter doesnt send off the urine to be tested, he tests it right there that day in the clinic with a 5 panel drug test i think they dip

I am 190lbs and 5'9", I'v been averaging 20-40mg of Methadone per week, spaced out for several months. I have a probation drug test 12 days from now. Any chance I can pass if I stopped tonight?

I have been taking 10 to 20 Mgs a day for years. I have a probation urine test and they watch me pee so I can't use fake pee. It has to be mine. My urine test is July 8th at 5 o'clock. HOW CAN I PASS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN THIS SITUATION. I AM 6 foot 2 and weigh 155. My metabolism is also very fast. Thanks, please help.

That's great that you passed i have a similar situation i took 20 mg of methadone thursday evening and i got tested monday around lunch time and I have been worried ever since i have an extremely high tolerance for morphine im on 200 mg a day and i'm 145 pounds 6.1'' and have an extremely high metabolism.
