Lipo 5

I have been looking into buying lipo 5 fat burning pills. Can anyone tell me if these are safe to take? Anyone had any experience with them or know of any side effects? Would be greatfull for any advice or tips. :-)

I've actually tried these fat burner pills a few years ago. I have to be honest that this was before I had a good amount of knowledge in the nutrition field (what I'm going to school for now). If I knew any better at the time I would not have wanted to take these pills (or any fat burner for that matter).

Took me a while to grip the fact that a pill wont help me lose weight. Getting up an exercising and making better food choices throughout the day on a daily basis is a far more beneficial and effective method than relying on a pill for help.

Eating lean protein sources, plenty of fruit, and some veggies for each meal is the best thing you can do in the kitchen to help shed fat and show off your hard work in the gym or outside the gym. If you want the primary effects of this pill, I strongly believe that tea is equally effective due to the large content of caffeine in fat burners.

Point being, just stick to losing weight the natural way and it will be more worth the effort in the long run. Please post back if you have any other questions or comments about this.

I have been taking them for about 3 weeks maybe more,not lost a thing,maybe it depends what weight you are but certainly not working for me.

I'm thinking of getting lipo 5 to lose weight I'm a size 12 but I have a belly and big thighs which I'm not happy with! I need to lose weight by August as I have an event to go to! I wanted to buy alli as they really help me before but I can't get hold of them! I'm just scared of the side effects! Is there any advice or has anyone had a bad experience with these pills?

I am the same,size 12/14 and wanted to get back to a comfortable 12 but done nothing for me,i did'nt experience any side effects,they make work for yourself just did'nt for me.Hope this helps.
