Lexamil 20 Mg Side Effects - Need Help Too!!!

I am also deperate to find out the side effects, my wife has increased from 10mg to 20mg and has lost all emotion and has asked for a divorce. I really need to know too if it is in any way related to the dosage and drug.

I'm terribly sorry to hear about what's happening with your situation...I can relate in the essence that my mom has never been the same after taking a specific medication and all I can do is hope she comes around eventually. It's sad how these prescription meds can change people over a short matter of time.

Lexamil contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, commonly sold in the U.S. under the brand name Lexapro. Some of the most common side effects include but are not limited to:

I am also on 20mg and when it is PMS time I hate everyone especially my partner, but then I become very sweet and loving again. I have started taking Agniocaston (not sure of spelling) with the Lexamil and it has helped a bit.

I've been on Lexamil for almost 8 months and I can relate to your wife, I also have no emotion, no sex drive and its an enormous stress on my relationship. It must be the lexamil. Apart from my strugle with depression, I use to be a fairly pleasant person, use to have a wonderful sex life but now I feel like an empty shell. Get her to go see the doctor if you can, maybe something else would help. Its the only thing I can do now for myself too.
