This is nowhere to be found in the prescription databases, therefore, there is a good chance that it is an over-the-counter medication. I may be stretching it here, but I almost think that most medications that are over the counter with L as the starting letter is typically a generic tylenol or acetaminophen.

The tablet with the L 631 marking is listed as having contained 500mgs of Naproxen Sodium, a generic or store brand of Aleve, it is available both over the counter, and by prescription. NDC: 45802-0631 This tablet has been discontinued.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and bruising.
