Small round pill with KF marking on one side and a line through on the other side, Diameter is about 50 mm and about 20 mm thick

Hi Duppie,

While I haven't come across an exact match to your pill, my research leads me to believe that a round yellow pill marked "KF", may be an anabolic steroid known as Winstrol.

Not enough information is available to determine the dosage or accuracy of this claim, but if this sounds familiar to you, then that may just be what it is.

Has anyone else seen this pill before?

I don't think it is winstrol. I know just about all anabolic steroids. I dont see that you said the color of it. Usually Winstrol is yellow if it is a tablet.
