Looking at the imprint/abbreviation "Etiz", I'm thinking that it's probably short for "Etizolam".

Etizolam is a benzodiazepine analog in the same family as Xanax, but it does have a different chemical structure and therefore is not Xanax (Alprazolam) as was noted in your description. More specific information on what makes it different can also be found on the page for Etizolam Details.

Overall my opinion is the same as post #2 being foreign or counterfeit, but in order to solve this riddle of fake vs real, it seems as though you're going to have to get this tablet analyzed by a lab in order to dissect all the ingredients. This sort of problem is normal when alleged RX meds aren't filled through a licensed pharmacy.
