The white oblong pill in description marked W715 is in fact identified as Zolpidem tartrate (10 mg).

A lot of the time, pharmacies can change brands/manufacturers on you without prior notice. It's not ethical at all in my opinion; mostly because people usually respond differently to different brands (due to a change in binders/fillers and even as much as a 20% difference in the actual active ingredient itself).
