Is Hair Loss A Side Effect Of Dextroamp Amphet Er 20 Mg

i am having a LARGE amount of hair loss since starting dextroamp-amphet er 20 mg. i do not see this as a common side effect on any of the lists i am finding. the hair loss started at the same time i started the medication, and i take no other meds?

Have you talked to your doctor, or pharmacist?

As you've noted, it isn't a typical side effect, but it is difficult to say how any medication may effect any given person that takes it.

It is also possible that the hair loss could be due to something else entirely and not the medication, at all. It can occur due to stress, dietary changes and many other factors.

Thus, you really do need to consult your doctor to get to the root of the problem.
