Yes it is fine. I have been prescibed adderall for the past 5 years and have had just about every generic at one time or another. Initially, I only wanted the brand because of reading nonsense on line but after time I realized that they are all very, very close. These people writing in caps about how the brand is so much better blah blah blah sound like they need rehab, not adderall. If I had realized that there isn't really a difference earlier it would have saved me a lot of time. Hope this helps. It really is mind over matter.

I take the 30mg cor 136 version. I have been given both the flat surface ones and another with rounded edges. I got my last 2 prescriptions from a new drugstore in NY and they seem to be far less effective than the ones from my old drugstore.
I thought it was my imagination at first. I don't believe that it is an elaborate government conspiracy. I think that the most likely explanation is that I was given either old or badly stored product. Heat, for example can reduce potency over time. The other possibility is that there is a bad batch going around. This happens due to poor quality control with some pharma companies.
My generic testosterone cyp from Greece, for example, was terrible in comparison to the American brand I have had before.
If you have an issue, try changing pharmacies. Fakes make it into the supply chain sometimes too.... Most of us generally know when our mess feel different. Amphetamines hit quickly so the absence of the usual effect is noticeable. I am still hungry with my most recent batch. Normally, I can't eat until it wares off....

Before I had these round pink versions of generic "Adderall," I was truly able to feel if I missed a dose. My body would remind me to take it. I find that now it doesn't matter if I miss that dose or not. Taking it twice a day really made a difference once. Now it doesn't.

Barr orange 30 works best, Teva orange 30 is fine for a change of pace but doesn't work as well long term, Cor pink 30 ie COR 136 is definitely suspect. It makes me overly talkie for a couple of hours but then poops out. It might last for 4 hours instead of the six generally understood with the orange colored pillsn

My last batch of the pink Cor 136 were completely ineffective. I bought a home drug panel from Duane Reade and my results were negative for amphetamine so It's not my imagination. I complained to the drugstore and my most recent batch were effective. I'm not sure if the issue is at the manufacturer or if my drugstore is selling fakes. I never had this issue at my old drugstore. Fake drugs are a big problem in India though so if that is where they are sourced from....

I started taking Adderall in the 90's sometime and took it for several years. I no longer take it but I probably would or rather will, when they start giving it out to the poor so they won't eat so much. Some people seem to like the pink Adderall better than the TEVA. I would not pay one dime for all of the pink Adderall in the world. But it's good that some people like the pink Adderall better. If no one liked them we would soon run out of room. No one could ever find a parking space because the spaces would all be filled with the pink Adderall that no one liked. Adderall did not have any long lasting effects on me. I think normally and don't have any delusions or odd ideas. I am not a danger to myself nor to anyone else. I have to go now, the guards are coming.

My prescription for the cor 136 this month was weak for a few pills and then way too strong for others. I would call and tell somebody if there was actually anyone with power to do anything.

Adderol is suppose to jack u up even if u do have a medical problem. If u didn't get jacked up then u have a medical problem lmao. Adderol is used to help pple focus who can't focus. Not put them to sleep. Stuoid

I am prescribed the pink "Cor 135" and suppose to take 2 times a day. I get my prescriptions mailed to me every month for a 3 month period. The first month and 1/2 of thr prescriptions work good, but after that it seems that the medicine expires or changes in a way that no longer helps me. Regularly, the usual prescribed dose is more then enough to help me through a day at work, it is so effective that I don't take it on the weekends when I'm relaxing with my family, however, when it changes mid cycle 100mg a day doesn't do a thing. There is still a slight change when taking it opposed to not taking it, however, when it does change I can't focus or do too well at work. I am unable to be thorough or even care. It bothers me because I get in trouble. because in the "adult" world that kind of behavior is "unacceptable". I never get in trouble when the medications work properly at the beginning on the 3 month cycle. Does anybody have any suggestions? I need a brand that will be consistent. Thank you.

A friend of my took testosterone for a year and then got prostate cancer. Unless it's really medically necessary, I would suggest you take something to Amp up your own testosterone if you feel it needs upping rather than taking lab made hormones. May be it's too easy to get too much?

Id have to say everyone is different on them it effects the body differently for each person but in my experience im on the 20mg orange-peach ones Generic and out of those ones the pink ones and the actual name brand adderall the orange ones work best for me the pink make me tired and mean and act more of a sleeping pill and the name brand is to strong i dont like the feeling at all. So when i get mine filled i call around and ask them if they have the orange ones because i refuse the pink.

I've been getting adderall for a while now, originally 10mg (blue football... think viagra or aleve) then 15mg circle.. I forget the imprint but it was kinda strange like 999 or 666 or some crap. Today I got my 15's filled again (usual pharmacy) and was curious as to what the heck I gotta bottle of pink oblong pills thinking there may have been an error so I did the homework, pill bottle indicated imprint, shape, dosage, quantity, blah blah was correct so I shrugged and took one after a hefty meal (a lesson I learned a while back) and as far as I can tell they work exactly the same, if anything they aren't as bitter and unpleasant tasting. In a way I think that's good as it discourages children from "oh boy now I get to take my candy"
Abuseable medicine should taste horrible IMHO... like suboxone. I started on it but it got to the point where I'd have nightmares of that "orange" flavor then it turned into literally dry heaves when I'd try to take it... that little bit alone prevented me from finishing the program. I'm not using street opiates, but not prescription either. In any case I get my narcotics (which I genuinely need for chronic pain, shattered verterbra among broken ribs/cheekbones/jaw/ankle/shoulder/punctured lung, and currently a torn ligament in my knee and a possible concussion) and considering my withdrawal symptoms from my opiate of choice is very mild (no serious nausea, diarrhea, cold flashes, the works) I think it's a decent trade off. And I don't take more than necessary... Just take it slowly and let the pain abate. But this is extremely off topic, we're talking about new pink adderall and as I made my point, I see no disadvantages and some mild benefits. So there you have my two cents. Thank you.

I found it very interesting that you referred to the generic pink adderall as, "placebos" because not even a week ago, I said the exact same thing! I normally get my adderall filled at Walmart, however when I got it filled this month I used a small, local pharmacy. At Walmart, I have always gotten the orange "footballs" and any time they are out of them, they normally have them within a day or 2. I can take 3-4 of the pink pills at a time and not feel any effects....whereas taking 1 of the "orange footballs" actually help like they should!

I'm 46 yrs old. I was diagnosed with adult onset ADD. I have been on Adderall for approximately 15 yrs. The name brand is the best and works most effectively. The cost is "sky high" if paying cash like I do. (30 mg three times daily [90 pills monthly] is over $375. The cost for generic same milligram & pill count, runs roughly $100 - $150, in my hometown area). The orange color & oval shaped, works best in the generic class in my opinion. Easier for me to fall asleep on at night too. The pink round ones in generic are so- so. They can make you "zoom" & "crash" hard! They work similar to methamphetamine, as a couple of methamphetamine addicts I know, have told me in the past. I personally know that they, the pink ones, make my OCD worse, if I take them for long periods. The oval orange ones don't mess with my OCD as bad. But as with any prescription amphetamine prescription, take as directed. And if you have to have any other prescriptions, tell your doctor, if they don't already know that you take them. The combination of Adderall with other medications, such as narcotics or benzoids, can be potentially hazardous to your health.

Adderall has to be cut with something so to speak. But a little advice for the people who are concerned about the effectiveness of the tablet ask your dr for the 30mg Adderall XR capsules. Then get you a pill crusher break capsule open crush all the beads with the pill crusher. Now get you a drink of soda tea whatever and bottoms up. Guaranteed ten times better and more effective than any tablet

The pink contain magnesium stearate, which prevents them from sticking to the machines during manufacturing. Unfortunately it can act along with the lactose as a bit of a laxative. Also this off brand tends to spoil faster than the name brand, but there doesn't appear to be the same problem with say white m 20 octagonal tablets by yet another brand. I've also heard complaints of headaches particularly from the pink ones, though I myself only suffered trouble at the other end. You also have the possibility of a food allergy, which is why your allergies are listed on the script. Mine say pollen. Either my doctor has a weird sense of humor or there is a law involved. The thing about off brands is that they do not have to have the same "inactive" ingredients. This can make them slightly different. This doesn't mean the name brand is superior. They do go through the same testing. So it's not really a question of "is this a better pill". It's more "is this a better pill for me".

Your insurance company may well allow you a provision to use brand name Adderall at no extra cost to you if you know to ask your provider to write brand name necessary. The amps from India sometimes come up under and less potent; read: Less Effective... than the full US regulations for weight and measure provide for. No one is suggesting chemical construct or character is lacking in full dosage brand formula, either application is lacking in procedural scrutiny or small time appropriators help themselves to the scripts beneath the tables from overflow.

Agreed! I've been on for 15+ years and usually request the Barr 30 or Teva 30. To me, the orange circles are much weaker and give me headaches and pink circles are either strong hit or strong miss.

This is definitely good stuff, but this is maybe my 3rd time taking it and i currently have the most brutal stomach ache I've had since I had appendicitis in the 5th grade. I didn't take it on an empty stomach or anything, I ate until I was full about 30 mins. before I took it. But, full disclosure: I did take 3 of the pills, and chewed them before ingesting. I imagine that's the reason for the stomach ache. So if you take a normal dose and not an obnoxious amount like me, I suspect you should be fine.
