Hydroxyzine is the active ingredient, if you are referring to the inactives that would also be present in a tablet or liquid form, there is no way for us to provide you with a listing of them, unless you tell us who manufactures the hydroxyzine you are referring to, companies do not have to use the same stuff, binders and fillers can differ from company to company. If you can provide the manufacturer name, then I may be able to help you find more information.

No, not a placebo. This is a med used to treat anxiety, allergic reactions and several other conditions as determined by your doctor.
