Info For Those Detoxing (opiates, Methamphetamine, Coke, Benzos, Etc)

Found this great article that might be of help. Yes, a lot of it is common sense, but sometimes it's good to be reminded of that stuff, especially when planning something so important and life-changing. While there's a lot of good info out there, there's also a lot of bunk stuff, so please be sure to do your homework. When I went through detoxing and tapering off benzos I was lucky to be able to see an addiction specialist and to get a lot of good, solid information. One of the first things emphasized was nutrition and exercise. Anyhow, I hope that helps and if there's anything that needs to be clarified, etc, post a reply and I'll see if I can answer it (or maybe someone else can/will).
