Indiana Pain Doctor

Does anyone know a good pain mangement Dr. for chronic pain that can prescribes methadone 30 mg a day & Loratab 7.5 2 times a day? I've got severe Fibromyalgia, back/ neck pain, & arthritis ? I need help.

I have been diagnosed with auto immune deficiency, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc, pemphigus Foiliacious, a rare adult skin disease since the age of 6. It is so rare that there were only 6 reported cases in the world when I was diagnosed at the mayo clinic. I have been with the same rheumatologist since 2008. I have taken all the biologics, humari, Enbrel, ect. Had the cortisone shots in my spin. I had finally gotten to a place where I had a decent quality of life on a pain regime of 3 oxycontin, and 4 percocets a day. Then In January I go back for my regular check up, and my Dr cut me back to 3 oxy 40 per day. Didn't reduce me down gradually. Now my quality of life is so poor I barely get out of bed. He told me to find another Dr if I wasn't happy. I have been with him since 2008. What is wrong with this country when the DEA can dictate how much pain relief we are allowed? I had been on the same regimen for 4 years, never missed blood work, or any evaluation my Dr ordered. I did everything he told me to. The methotrexate damaged my eyesight. The side effects of the biologics can cause cancer or death, but they have no qualms about prescribing them. But now I am forced to live on a sub par level of existence because of some governmental agency, and Obama care. Obama doesn't care. I live in southern Indiana. If anyone knows of a good Dr I could get referred to I would greatly appreciate it. I want my quality of life back. I am 60, I didn't ask for these diseases. I just have to cope with them. But now I spend more time in bed than out, I can't take care of my 2 yr. old grandson or my 81 yr. old mother who has dementia. Please anyone who can help let me know.
