Inacurrate Drug Screen

I had a drug screen last month from my pain management doctor that I've seen for 3 years without ever failing one. Here's the list of drugs I supposedly had in me: methadone 4500 ng/mL, oxycodone 225 , heroin 3850, used within 24 hrs. of urine collection, morphine 3840, hydrocodone 1320, norhydrocodone 489, hydromorphone130, noroxycodone 225, 6-monoacetylmorphine 16. The methadone and oxycodone is what is prescribed to me by my doctor. I am a 57 year old female that doesn't abuse drugs. I went in to talk to my doctor, but he wouldn't' see me.How would I still be alive with all those drugs in me and what do you think I should do?

Ive been on Methadone 38 years and have had false positive UA's! This is how screwed up UA's can get! Ive been dirty before and came up clean and there have been times with i was clean and it came back dirty. On the whole the test are accurate but one false positive can really screw up your life!

Are you by any chance also taking either a peripheral opioid antagonist like Movantik or probiotics?

Denise, i've been on methadone close to 40 years now without missing a dose. I've had false positives before, but its rare. I've been dirty and my U/A has come back negative for drugs and i've been clean and my U/A came back positive for drugs. That's why i think it's so unfair ruining someones life over a stupid urine test. The companies know that their U/A's have flaws in them, they just don't want their buyer's to know how bad they are.
