UpdatedIf I go off Elequis do I go off gradually or just cold turkey? I need to take motrin for pain. Tylenol does not work for the pain.

Hello, Jo! How are you?
Normally, it is just stopped cold turkey. However, you should not stop it, without your doctor's approval.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising.
Why are you taking it?
Doctor said to just stop taking Elequis until I no longer have to take motrin.
