LNK International lists the tablet with the 44 393 marking as containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a generic, or store brand for Advil, or Motrin. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. NDC code: 00363-0393
