I know of a pill with imprint

44

111

It has 1's instead of I's, but is the same color and shape, so maybe that is what you are referring to. If you think that maybe this is a match then that drug is Genaphed Plus, in the same family as Sudafed Cold & Allergy. Main ingredients are Pseudoephedrine and Chlorpheniramine.

Good Luck !

The identification provided is correct, Genaphed Plus contains 4mg of Chlorpheniramine, and 60mgs of Pseudoephedrine. It is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals. NDC: 00182-1471

It is commonly used to treat cold, and allergy symptoms. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

Is there anything I can help with?
