I Need Some Advice About Oxycodone/acetaminophen

My doctor change my script from oxycodone acetaminophen 5-325mg to oxycodone acetaminophen 7.5 I'm allowed to start with one 7.5 and after an hour I can take another if my pain don't esse up I took one 7.5 than an hour-ish 1:15 later I took another but I fell asleep when I woke i took another not realize I already took my second one but the pain is the reason I woke up anyways so I now have (3) 7.5/325 within 2 hours will I be in danger of death? My pain eased up but have a little lightheadedness should I go to the ER?

Yes go to the emergency room. For I have observed the time of your post, there's a difference in time, so I pray that you went to the emergency room.
