I Need Suboxone To Show Up On My Drug Screen (Page 14)

I have been taking blue Xanax for the past couple of days and my Suboxone Dr, who I am scheduled to see on Friday, does regular drug screens to make sure that only Suboxone is in my system. I've gotten one of my friend's urine to use on Friday. Only problem is, they don't take Suboxone! Can I sprinkle some crushed up Suboxone in their clean urine to show up that I'm clean besides Suboxone? If I just use the clean urine, he will know that it's a hoax because I've been testing clean but with Suboxone and there's no way I can go without taking it. But I can't just pee my own pee, because I was made to sign a form when I started treatment with him that states that an individual who tests dirty for Benzodiazepines SPECIFICALLY will be booted out of his clinic and cancelled as a patient. So, can't I just crush up a little Suboxone and put it in the clean urine or will that not work? Help!

I am so confused by all the replies now I go see my doc Wednesday and I smokes cannabis twice and I am using my husband's pee but I need suboxone in it does it really work when u heat it up?

I'm going to do this tomorrow. There are a lot of misinformed people posting here, specifically those mentioning metabolites. I'm not a doc but did ace organic chem so here's my logic. I found what appears to be the same "cup" panel test my docs office uses. The manufacturer explicitly mentions what specific compound is tested for and ppm required to indicate positive. From what I can see, it looks like they check for suboxone via buprenorphine. Therefore, there should be no reason adding disolved suboxone to ones urine shouldn't work. If sent to a lab, it's probably safe to assume they'd pick up on it, though not for sure. They can for sure give the ppm of substances and if one were to add the correct amount nothing might seem off. I need to do some more research to find out for sure. I will try to put a tiny piece of a 2mg film in my sample and report back to you all.

Ok everyone, here's the scoop. I did it this morning and as suspected this does indeed work for a panel test. This morning had the wife pee for me, and placed a TINY piece of a 2mg film in with it. I tried melting it into a spoon with water first, but that didn't really work. Seemed to dissolve once placed in the urine though, so my rec is just put it right in there. I have a whizinator to keep it warm and use for delivery. I didn't do too much research, but I know that the intermediate (metabolite) is norbuprenorphine. My understanding is that often times intermediates can be hard or even impossible to isolate. Therefore, that is NOT what is being tested for. I can't say that a lab doesn't, but I honestly doubt it. My best guess as to why a lab could pick up on this? PPM. To indicate a positive on a panel test, there needs to be 10ng per ml. Where 1ng = 1 millionth of a mg. So if one were to put 1mg in their urine, they would have a 100,000 times higher concentration than required for a positive result, indicating to the lab that the drug was placed directly in the sample. Hence, you only need a tiny amount.

For all the ignorant ass.oles posting their opinions on the reasons people might need to do this, or how "we" are ruining it for others etc. etc. Please post elsewhere until you've walked a day in our shoes. Many of these practices could care less about ones recovery, and put addicts at high risk for relapse in my opinion in doing so. We do what we need to get by and stay sober, so kindly go f ck yourself or read a book. Also, many people clearly posted "scientific" nonsense with nothing to back up their "data". Again, think before you speak. I'm sure some people's lives could be seriously altered by your mis-information.

half life varies between 23-72 hours, depending on renal and liver function. Drink tons of water between now and then. Furthermore, most panel tests can be duped with copious amounts of water. Try pounding ~0.5 gallons two hours before the test. Try to urinate twice after drinking the water and before the test. Too much water should bypass kidney and liver function, essentially you pee water. I've done this successfully many times, though a lab will typically deem these test inconclusive.

First, I want to say thank you for your post and please take the time to read my message to you (it may be a bit long). I couldn’t agree more and you couldn’t have said it any better regarding people saying we are ruining it for others. They take the money, don’t take my vitals, don’t weigh me and kind of blows off any questions/concerns I have. Last time I saw her she came in with her purse on her shoulder, car keys in her hand, and even said to one of the staff that she would do my chart tomorrow. She spends a total of maybe 5 min. with me. She has had me on this for 2 years now and I end up tapering myself down. If it were up to her she would have me on this for the rest of my life. So very well put about that.

I am, as well as many others, in a bind with testing as well. I told her about my severe disabling anxiety and asked her for help with it in the beginning. She said she is here to help with opiate addition not my other issues, and to see someone else about it. So that is what I did. I went to my family doctor and he agreed I needed Xanax. Neither doctor knows about the other. My piss test problem could easily be resolved if I told her about my legal script. However, I didn’t tell my family doctor I was on them because I didn’t think he would prescribe them to me if he knew. Therefore, if I say something to her she will possibly call my family doctor, tell him, and then I will lose my Xanax and be in trouble for withholding information. I am just trying to be sober. I don’t get f-uped on them and I have been off opiates for 2 years now. I smoke occasionally so I can eat.

Anyway, now back to the point. I stated earlier in this thread my story. When I first started the program I was on Suboxone films. I tried to dropping in a piece and it would come up as positive for the separate buprenorphine test (good) but a faint line showed for opiates or oxy. I don’t remember which but neither is good. So I got my boyfriend to do it for me. I read about a routine someone else had done and it worked for him so I decided to try it. I am now prescribed Subutex which is basically the same but missing the ingredient naloxone. So I don’t know if this makes a difference. I bought 2 panel tests off Ebay to try this theory. Put a few crumbs of the tablet on a spoon, added a little water, warmed the spoon with a lighter to dissolve and it brought the “mixture” to a boil on the spoon. Then I added it to my boyfriend’s urine and tested it. It came up exactly how I wanted it too. I was still hesitant about using this method so I gave my boyfriend a piece like I normally did and I used his. Here is where the twist comes in, my boyfriend had stopped smoking pot for about 3 weeks. When he did the experiement test from Ebay he came up negative for THC but when I went to my Sub. Doctor it showed positive for THC so this made me doubt the accuracy of the Ebay test. Now my boyfriend and I have broken up. I have a test coming up soon. Long story short I suppose, you did a panel test? Would it make a difference since I take Subutex?

The point made in earlier posts were;

When referencing people taking up valuable openings for people that really do not desire to get and stay clean, was meant for people that do exactly that. When an addiction doctor is only allowed a hundred patient maximum and I am not able to attend the program because of these types of people, yup I'm not gonna be to freaking happy. It took me FOREVER to get into a program while I knew for a fact some patients were using the program as a fall back when out of dope or to get high. Addicts usually relapse, that's expected. No one is the same as another so the comments and cussing made was irrational and unnecessary.

Furthermore as to the metabolism information etc, this was per my physician(s). Plural there, I have several and it seems to be a common answer so far. Along the same regard, your body never excretes the same toxins or amount at any given time. For example it should be common knowledge that your morning pee is much stronger then later in the day. Furthermore your body and it's processes can be much different from the next persons, just based on body fat, health issues, illnesses, diet etc. Therefore your body will METABOLIZE things much differently then the next person's. As per the physician when suboxone is added straight to urine, it will metabolize as an opiate. I'm trusting the man with the PhD compared to the guy who did exactly what now?? I think you said you worked in a lab testing facility or such? If that's the case I'm sure you know of some things but these tests and their procedures change more then we can keep up with.

Starting a peeing contest over information passed on from word of mouth almost seems rahtaded. Other then that I think the best advice would be an ounce of prevention goes further, so if you do need to use don't do it close to your drug test. Or if you're having issues with relapse try being honest with your doctor about it. And if you feel they wouldn't treat you fairly after telling them then I hope you have the resources to find a physician who actually cares about your sobriety, not just your payments.

First off stfu about addiction you obiviously don't have any idea how hard it is dealing with anything besides being a judgmental ahole. I've dealt withthis for 11 years and relapsed countless of times. This is a DISEASE! If you havr been to any form of AA you would know this.sometimes it isn't mind over matter and only people not dealing with addiction says BS. Like that.I am currantly on the soboxin film/strips. I have used synthetic urine more than twice for drugs screens and there's also nothing about metabolizing in my urine I need to know how long the saboxin stays in the synthetic urine. I used quite a bit but strip form and was wondering if it would still be good to used this week only because its been 3 weeks since having anything else in my system and don't want to chance anything.

I just want to clear this up for everyone. On October 9th I went in my clinic to drop. I was supposed to be clean from opiates and test positive for suboxone,well I was neither. I recently slipped (absolutely not worth it;total misery ) and decided to use someone else's clean urine, but the urine needed to b dirty for subs to keep receiving my script so I decided to research it online. There were so many answers saying it woukd work if I placed a tiny piece of sub into the clean urine and there were many answers stating by doing that you will test positive for opiates because the body didn't get to metabolize the dub the way it's supposed to. WELL LADIES & GENTLEMEN I TESTED POSITIVE FOR OPIATES! So the correct answer is NO YOU CANNOT DISSOLVE A SUB IN CLEAN URINE , you will test dirty. I just did this 2 days ago. A lil advice don't use. I almost lost the only life line I've ever had by Almost getting booted from the program and trying to fake a drug test is totally stressful, not to mention the only person we are fooling are ourselves in the long run. Getting clean from heroin is a gift. No throw it away.

What you do is simple and works everytime,JUST TAKE YOUR URINE FROM YOUR FRIEND AND GET AT LEAST A HALF OF A 8MG SUBOXONE AND DROP IT IN THE URINE AND LET IT DISSOLVE,IT WORKS EVERYTIME
