Based on the description provided, the closest match I could find is a dark/light green capsule imprinted with "RUGBY 3737"; which is identified as Doxepin HCl 75 mg. I know it doesn't completely match up with the numbers you mentioned, but I can at least determine that the manufacturer is the same (Rugby Pharmaceuticals).
