Hydrocodone Question

Updated

I currently go to a pain clinic and am prescribed Norco, 7.5 four times daily. Unfortunately, I ran out early this month for the first time this year. I have an appointment on Monday and have enough to cover my pill count, but I found out I will also be receiving a UA Monday. So my question is, if I take one pill the night (or morning) of my appointment, will it show up on the UA? I don't want to get a negative result on the hydro as they would assume I am selling, which I am not. Just ran out early. Secondly, I took some tramadol yesterday and today, how likely is that to show up on my UA? Not sure how they test, I had a UA in Jan and I just went into the bathroom and went in a cup. What would be the best time to take my one 7.5? If I took more than that, I would come up short on my pill count. Tough situation.

Sorry to repeat the question, but given the activity level in this forum and the fact that I am pretty much to the point, the question should have been answered by now. So I will continue to repost it until it is.

Tramadol isn't a straight narcotic opiate, so it is not something that is included in the standard tests. It would require a special toxicology screening to be detected.

And yes, one pill of the Norco will show up, but the problem may be if they also check your levels of it, because then they are going to be too low and that is treated the same as your having a negative test.

Learn more Norco details here.

It's usually detectable between 2 to 6 hours after taking it.

You don't know anything else about the type of test they do?
