Can you tell me what is the alternative medicine of hydrocodone in pakistan?

Hydrocodone is the active ingredient and is what most generic/alternative medications would be listed under and, since I live in the U.S., I have no direct knowledge of what it is available as, in Pakistan.

It is a narcotic, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, constipation and drowsiness.

Hydrocodone is the name of the active ingredient / drug in itself so there is no "generic" name for this drug. Technically, Hydrocodone IS the generic name for a commonly used opioid ingredient in many pain medications. Here in the United States there are many drugs which contain Hydrocodone as an ingredient. From what you are saying it sounds to me like you might actually be trying to figure out BRAND names which contain Hydrocodone in Pakistan. Could that be the case?
