I am 73. Yesterday I was given a generic form of norco. I have only taken 2 pills so far and will not take anymore. THis is an oblong pill with U03 stamped on it. THis AM I felt lightheaded dizzy and in joint pain. My BP was very low as well. I still feel sick. Does not ease pain. PHARMACIST said he would flag my file, but I have to use ibuprofen for a month.

Fastest acting generic yet! I like them for.pain in the morning and before bed(after work really) sleep great! They make my nose itch though! Works better with food. Even a banana and a bottle of water makes a difference. Good luck!

They ARE TERRIBLE!!!! I had neck surgery. Only needed 1 of the watsons or the 1p110....but the Uo3...absolute junk. I took 2 and it still didn't even FL give me half th ed relief that a half of one of the other 2 that i mentioned, would had. I shouldn't need them much longer but until I'm healed I'm sticking with 1 pharmacy. I told him about the uo3. He knows nothing about them. Thankfully his distributor has the 1p110. Although I think the watsons work best...I'm fine with these and Ibe asked my small town pharmacist to please never get those terrible UO3 generics!!!!!

Everybody says these UO3 pills are manufactured by AuroLife, but, my bottle says the manufacturer is Aurobindo which is an outfit out of India. Worthless. Must be dirt cheap for RPh. And, that's the reason they don't come up on the AuroLife website. They are made in India, not Ohio.

All I can figure is that everyone has a different chemical make up. The reason I say this is because I have been on every pain pill from Oxymorphone, OxyContin, Percocet, and Hydrocodone. I can easly take 4 or 5 of the yellows for relief of pain but 3 of these Sh...t U03 pills do the same as the 5 yellows. It really blows my mind that they're not working for so many people cause I know several others that feel the same way I do about their quality. JMO

I agree with you, BKG.
I changed pharmacies and was given the U03 instead of Watson 10's. (Lupus/Rheumatoid Arthritis/Kidney disease)
After inspecting the pill, my opinion is that the coating is different. It's almost like the coating put on som ER (extended release)meds.
Not happy with this RX.

I hope it works well for you. My experience was not a good one. As stated in a previous post; I imagine ones biological makeup would play a major role in the ability to relieve pain.

I have had several neck surgeries and have been a chronic pain patient for over 5 years. My pharmacy gave me the U03 and they did absolutely NOTHING. In fact, it felt as if I was going through withdrawal while taking these. I believe they are absolute garbage and do not contain any hydrocodone. I complained to the pharmacy and he stated that every patient he has filled them for have all said the same thing. How are they able to get away with this?

I've been given the Uo3 s instead of my regular white M367. They are killing my stomach. It doesn't even help my pain! Pharmacy will not exchange them until my next refill. They make me not want to take them, but what to do about my back pain? How can I ingest these without it hurting my stomach so bad? Chew them up or what? Please help!

I wouldn't suggest chewing them up. By chewing them, you may run the risk of ingesting too much medication at one time; not to mention the possibility of the medication not working long enough. Have you considered taking them with milk or food? As far as the pain relief, they did not work well for me. Good luck.

I agree! The yellow Norco weren't much more effective than the 5 mg, if at all. I take a BC powder with my pain meds and it really helps. No carbonated drinks to wash down and I am having good result by taking a few Ultram every other dose. This is giving me a bit of a real life.

Carbonated drinks? I didn't realize that made a difference.

Omg the U03 tab needs to be pulled off the market! There is something wrong with them- I feel so nauseated, weird in the head and still have pain- this is awful!!!

I am a chronic pain patient and have been in everything from OxyContin to Opana and finally settled with Hydrocodone 10/325's 3 times a day. I actually find the new UO3 tablets to work far better than the M367's or the Watson 853's. Being they are new I imagine the manufacturer knows we all talk and would want their product to be profitable. I would normally talk 1 & a half M367's to get any relief and only need 1 UO3 to achieve the same result. So I'm a fan of the UO3 tabs.
