I found out how. To break down the oxycontin op so that they can be snorted. {edited for safety} It may take a few tries, but once you get the general idea, you will find what works best for you. I've been doing it this way and now im pretty damn good at it and I've been able to get a nice high and a decent drip this way. I find that its much more convenient to do this to a bunch of pills at a time and then just store what you don't use right away in a little container for later so you don't have to do all this work everytime you do a pill. I really hope I was able to help all of you out. It may take a little trial and error at first before you get it perfect... so until you do, only use one pill at a time so you don't waste all of them if you make any mistakes ( of course, if you do just eat it so it doesn't go to waste ).

They are basically synthetic heroin. snorting one wont kill you. its when you make a habit of it that it can. Maybe dont be so quick to judge people. Have fun being a goody two shoes. no adventure in your life im sure.

Who gives a f***.. Mind your business you aren't a representative of oxycontin manufacturing and who really cares who you write to... Nobody tells you how or what to do with your life so get over yourself... And why don't learn how to spell correctly before posting your quote high n mighty input... i use these meds for pain. i have for 9 yrs. and your damn government has gotten into telling me how much meds im allowed to take for my pain. how in the hell do they know how much pain im in and how much oxys it will take for me to feel normal .they have a data base that will not allow my own dr. to change my amount after its been set for a time. in other words he can not write me a script but once a month and ifi have to take a little more than prescriped then i run out and im screwed. the comes withdrawls and theres not one damn thing the dr can do until the next month. get the government out of the drug buisness. they are making it so hard for a person who has real extreme pain to get the meds they need with all their damn laws. it now easier for me to get herion than to get a prescription, and thats just what ive been doing. thank you uncle sam for turning me into a damn junky. they have my drs. hands tied...

Damn that's a little harsh there !!!! I do understand your point but . I know many people that only use the amount the doc gives but found that doing. It this way helps relive the pain quicker further more addiction is a very real and very dangerous disease. So you shouldn't judge because whether you use in the way the doctor tells you to or alternative methods you're just as much of a junkie as the rest of us.

I understand your frustration with the increasing abuse of narcotic medication. And it also very true that the rise in numbers of people using recreationally has resulted in many more laws, both state and federal, that hinder patient care and prevent unbiased, proper treatment. However, the same train of thought that is prevalent in pain management facilities which causes difficulty acquiring your treatment can also improperly prescribe for other patients. Many doctors now will not issue prescriptions for the instant release equivalent of Oxycontin since it was specifically reformulated to act as a sustained release treatment. In turn, since everyone with chronic pain may have varying levels of tolerance, mobility, localized or radiating pain, body metabolism of certain medications, and any number of other factors, patients who cannot get their Physicians to switch their medication as you suggested, are left to try other means to moderate their pain. If their prescription is insufficient it may be necessary to administer said drug in a more efficient fashion. When you hear of someone "abusing" any type of substance it is natural to think of illicit drugs, yet in actuality Nasogastric dosing is somewhat common in certain areas of medical treatment and far more effective than simply ingesting the drug in a traditional manner. When taken orally, an immediate release tablet begins to take effect in 30-45 minutes, and although the entirety of the medication is absorbed into the bloodstream at once, it loses a very large amount of potency by having to travel throughout your entire body before reaching the location of your pain. But, when the same drug and dosage is administered via the nasal canal, it begins to take effect in approximately 30-45 seconds as opposed to minutes, and offers a documented 80% more relief! Although many people do use their medications improperly, and take advantage of Clinics that are designed to help those who suffer painful conditions, there are still individuals who find alternate means of dosing necessary to achieving the same pain relief that you may be able to acquire on your current regimen. Although many preconceptions surrounding nasal dosing can be substantiated, we shouldn't be too quick to judge those who require different means than our own.
