How Long Does It Take For Tizanidine To Leave Your System

I'm having basically a terrible frozen right shoulder from severe muscle spasms. I was offered a 6 milligram pill called Tizanidine. I see my chronic pain doctor on Monday and wanted to know if they do a urinalysis if this is going to show up and if so how long it takes to leave your system? Any information on this would be very helpful. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Yes that is a mucsle relaxer right? i have allways been told that they do not show up in your standard urine test.

How long does it take to get tizanidine out of your system for a blood test? I need to know as I have been taking it for 6 months; two 4mg doses every day.

Since this is a muscle relaxant, as DebbiJ has stated, it is not something included on standard drug tests, because it is not a controlled substance, according to FDA guidelines. They list its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
