There is really no guaranteed way to do so and Benzodiazepines are actually the most problematic for urine tests, because they can be detectable for approximately 6 weeks after last dosing.
The precise time frame will vary from person to person, depending on your individual metabolism, overall health, fluid intake, activity levels and etc. but 6 weeks is the average for most people.
Do you have a prescription for them?
If so, then you simply need to inform them of that, when you go in for the test.

I've had back surgery n have a hard time going to sleep been of work since April 2014 n it's March 15 so from Tuesday 2/17/15 trough Friday 2/20/15 I took bout 200 mg of valium then on sat I get called for a job n drug tested on the 24th of Feb n came back positive n it's now 3/9/15 n took home 10 panel test n it's still positive. can you please tell me how to get it out of my system. I have just like 3 days?

I went to the suboxone doc today, and tested positive for a valium I took 2 weeks ago. Fml. I certainly hope it isn't 6 weeks. But I am taking niacin and drinking lots of water (which I was already doing ). I took the valium bc my uncle died, and I talked to my dad and he was bawling. It never occurred to me that it stays in the system so damn long.

No way in the world is there anything you can do. That close is a definite positive. Usually the minimum tttime to be clean is a little over 2 weeks. Benzos linger a long long time. Sorry

You take other street drugs? Or drugs? Because if you're into other pills on the street you may think you're getting one thing but it’s actually pill pressed and contains benzos. There’s no plausible explanation to popping for 9 months for benzos after one intake. Never happens, never gunna happen, never has happened.

No and I don’t even understand your question. “I take 10mgs of Valium more than I should” suggests you have a prescription… if your doc tests you in 10 days and you mean to ask whether or not they’d be able to tell if your dosing an extra 10mgs daily, answer is no, not really, unless sent out to expensive labs for level testing and even then only a 10mg increase in your prescribed dose wouldn’t flag as problematic as the system metabolites are different and the increase in Valium levels would be chalked up to a faster metabolism type thing… That being said, if you're taking a handful of Valium more than the one dose you're prescribed daily then yes you're f***ed, there’s a baseline which flags large quantity cut off levels.
If you are not prescribed Valium to begin with you're f***ed and it will show up, up to 30 days in urine regardless of labs or not. So ya no there’s no magic flush fix to correct poor choices of addicts in which you need to be seeking rehab and help vs flush out methods to pass drugs they do bc they are addicts. Your docs will know and you’ll be cut off and possibly get a Librium taper but that’s it. I know this isn’t the answer you wanna hear but it’s the truth. Go get help if you need help, and if not that, yes you are going to get caught and have to handle consequences.

This is my first time posting on here or any forum like this, but I really need some help/advice. I have been on Suboxone for almost 4 years now (I know, that’s ABSURD!) When first prescribed, my doctor did not tell me the down sides to it, or the fact that I’m only supposed to have been on it for a few weeks MAX! Turns out my doctor is just money hungry and will keep people on it for life just to make all her money. I’ve read so much about it now that I have been TERRIFIED to come off of it due to the horror stories I hear, and the fact that I’ve been on it for faaaarrrrr longer than I should’ve been. I took it upon myself to find a new doctor who will help me to taper down and finally come off of it. (Yay!) Now I also suffer from severe anxiety so when I saw this new doc for the first time, he prescribed me Gabapentin and very minimal clonidine for sleep. Since I was not on anything for my anxiety from my AWFUL other doctor, I had been taking Klonopin or Valium for my anxiety, but I was getting it from friends. This new doctor wants to drug test me on my next visit to take over my suboxone therapy to help me and I am scared of what will happen if he sees the benzos in my system. I really need him and I really need the help getting off the suboxone as well as managing my anxiety. Is there anything I can do to get the benzos out of my system in time? Is there any such thing as a flush that will only take certain drugs out of your system? Obviously if I do a drug flush, he will know because it will also mask the things that I’m SUPPOSED to be taking. I am very scared and don’t know what to do. I was only taking between .5-2.0 mg a day of the benzos and I am very tiny female, about 105 pounds. If there is anyone out there that can offer any advice or help, you would be a life saver. I am not just some drug addict looking to pass a test for a job, I am actually trying to better my life and get off of all this crap that has been holding me back for so long. I am begging for some sort of help or advice from anyone with experience or knowledge and not just some BS answers. PLEASE and thank you......
