I took just a little bit two days ago, and my manager just called me saying my drug test that I took was too diluted and that I need to take another, which could be tomorrow. Is there ANY way possible it would be out of my urine and how long do you suppose it will stay in my system? I'm freaking out.

That's way too much niacin should be taking max 2500 Mgs daily at most it does damage to liver and kidneys

I have been clean off methamphetamine for 2 months and I took about a gram in the past 2 days. I am on color call and I usually have ua's on Monday mornings. I used Tuesday night Wednesday and once Thursday morning at 6:30 am. will it be out of my system by Monday. I know there r a lot of things that affect it so I am 26, 210lbs, good health. please help

I took some nasally 36 hours before my probation test and passed. It can be done. My method was alot of water plus 4 men's multivitamins commonly known as one a day. Also I work in a hot factory for 10 hours a day and sweat alot. Also I made sure to drink as much citrus juice as possible. This was my 1st time using the stuff also. I hear that it is harder to get out if you use it on a regular basis. I only did what is considered a "bump" and I was up for a while. Didn't like it too much and didn't like the paranoid 36 hours leading up to the test. Best way is to steer clear of course, but hey, we have all heard that before

There's This Stuff Called Certo U Drink It WITH Cranberry Juice Put It N A 64 oz. Bottle and pour the certo 8 n with the juice drink all of it then take 3 vitamin b 12 pee twice then take ur test u should be fine

Well here's to you all that needs to pass a urine test. Baking soda about 2 hours before your suppose to take a urine test. Take about 2 big tbls of baking soda out of a new box, and drink with some kind of flavored water cus its not easy to drink baking soda. drink a 2 lter bottle of that flavored water, pee only once right before u drink the soda, next time you pee is when your peeing in that little cup. 5 days? yea def.. I would suggest putting on a sweater and some sweat pants and do High Intensity Interval Training. basically turn the heat up in your house and do 30 jumping jacks then go str8 into high knees then go str8 to push ups then str8 to burpees (go youtube: hiit workout). drink water all day everyday. but DO NOT work out on the day of your drug test. sweat as much as possible on the days up to your drugs test. oh and FYI I passed my test with flying colors. but I fight and train damn near every day...I sweat all the time working out which helps burn toxins out of the body. I really wish you the best of luck my friend. let me know if there is anything else I can help with...PS..DO NOT take any more drugs till after the test...5 days is not that long to wait!
