How To Clean Your System In A Day

My pain clinic closed and I have taken Vicodin HP on and off as well as Fioricet 40 mgs whenever I can get any. The Fioricet has been taken, lately, several times a day. How can I have a clean urine test? It will be a week or so before I have to test at a possible new clinic.

If I were to suggest anything that may be of help to you, it would be to to clean out and detox your system with fresh fruits and vegetables; namely dark leafy greens and wheat grass shots.

I would also focus your attention on staying hydrated (consistently pee clear) and exercising at least an hour a day to get your lymphatic system flowing. Your lymphatic system is what cleans out much of the rest of your body, so making sure it's in good health assures you a clean urine test in the shortest amount of time.
