Valium contains the active ingredient Diazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine and this class of medications can actually be problematic on drug tests, because it can be detectable in urine for approximately 6 weeks, after taking it.
However, there is no precise time frame, because it can vary depending on various individuating factors, such as your own metabolism, overall health, activity levels, fluid intake and etc.

If you're not a regular user of Valium it takes no longer than 10 days to get out of your system I know because I've been there and done that several times and have always passed sometimes even before the 10th day

This is for everyone to read. I am on probation and on June 9th, 2017 I took one 5mg valium. The first one in my life, and I am a very active 55 year old. I have a L-4 problem in my vertebrae. I took it from my mother so I could sleep. It's been 19 days or 456 hours and it's still in my system, at least in my Urine. Anyone that tells you it can be out of your Urine in two or three days are full of s***. I workout 4 days a week. Remember I have never ever took a Valium in my life. You will not pass a Urine test. However there is one thing that works and it passed for me it's called Detoxify Always Test Clean and costs $49.95 or $69.90 for a two day shipment. It's the best and it lasts for five hours.
