I have taken 4 1mg Xanax in the past three days. How long does it take to clear your system for a urine drug test?

Johnny you are correct .the other thing to keep inind is the tolerance levels the lab is using.I just had urine tests for 12 straight weeks and was taking .5 to 1 mg of clonopin daily as prescribed by my doctor. They all came back negative .they were looking to see if I took more or anything else.Perhaps a std drug screen it would have shown up.thestd 1/2 life is about 8-10 hours but then it repeats 6 times .sousing 8 hours 1mg is down to a .5 in 24 hours and will be out of system or should within 48 app.certainly after 72
If your concerned drink lots of water and pee mid stream most of your metabolites are beginning and end. Good luck &don't abuse ! I'm now 90 days + clean except an occasional clonopin which I am allowed

I took 1mg Xanax tday after not having any for 3 weeks...I test in 10 days & can't have Xanax show...am I in good shape with this?

What...if anything can I drink, eat or do to help insure a clean test. Took 1mg Xanax...testing in 10 days. How close to that date can I take 1 mg Xanax & still test clean..ie 7 days before?..5 days? 3 days?

Zanex is the fastest acting Benzo of all . Why it is so dangeros and habit forming .iItt basically has a half life of about 6 hours and the cuts in half every 6 hours after. You will be clean in 3-4 days. Unless they are testing for the most minutest of all traces Youre more then fine Just drink a lot of water Pee mid stream Never at beginning or end Thats where all you metabolites are. I would say your ok at 5 days with just 1 mg

Don't mix the suboxone and xanax together it's a very deadly combination if I was you I would weine yourself down on xanax I advise your doctor to see if he would write you a small amount of xanax with your suboxone 99% of doctors won't prescribe xanax with suboxone so good luck

It depends on the doctor whether they will turn u down. My husband failed one for xanax while he was on suboxone and they gave him one more chance but said if he failed again they would cut off his suboxone. However I go to a different doctor and he was giving me two 8 mg strips per day and when I ran out of my suboxone scrip i took some xanax and knew I would fail the upcoming urine test so I just told him the truth. I explained that. 2 strips a day wasn't cutting it for me and I had ran out and used the xanax to take the edge off the withdrawals. So since I was honest and didn't try to cheat on my test or lie to him about what I had done he did not cut me from the suboxone program... instead he moved me up to 3 strips a day...

It truly depends on how your doctor is but in most cases just be honest and definitely don't cheat on your urine test.

that's not true about docs not prescribing Xanax and sub together. They do and will. You just shouldn't take them with in a few hours of each other and it also depends on the mg you are on for each one. If you are on 16mg of sub no you will not get 4 mg of Xanax. But if you are on 2-3 mg of suboxone 1 mg of Xanax would be fine. I am not a doc but I have an extensive med. back ground. I think I am going to have my friend who Carrie who is actually an RN check this site out seems lots of random people just give out random info or things they find out on the net. Be Well.

People are annoying with these stupid answers. Take if from someone with first hand experience not someone who read it somewhere that it said 6 weeks to drop clean for benzos. If your taking Xanax, you'll be clean in 2-5 days, depending on your metabolism and frequency of use. Adderall is 2-3 days. 6 weeks is ridiculous. I was taking 12+ mg of Xanax a day and it took me 5 days to get clean.

I'm in a suboxone program and they do not show up as benzos. I've heard valium has a longer half life so maybe that's why it's still in there

3 to 7 days?? hhaa, Jokes on you believers... you will fail. They actually do stay in your system for 4 to 6 weeks .. Benzos are a nasty drug, most often people become addicted to them by mistake due to script happy doctors. They cause driving issues, make people steal, and a host of other legal, financial and health issues! Get off them and see clearly how good life can be ... sober.

It depends on the drug screen. If they use a dip stick than Xanax can show positive from 3-6 days, but if the test is sent to a lab than the Xanax will show positive for a while. I took 12mg one pop in one day and tested positive 10days later but Xanax metobilites showed up for 2 weeks.

Valium stays in your system longer tham Xanax and so does klonapin so thats why it showed up!Xanax has a short half life.And No suboxin has no benzo's in them! In fact they can be fatal taken together!
