Are you really going to overlook the fact that this person is talking about a) masking a drug test for starters, and b) sounds like a person who has zero idea on how to even form a complete sentence or phrase with proper grammar and English? Maybe you don't really understand the gravity of being a police officer. Public job, public pay. Influence over said public. Power to arrest said public, therefore pristine judgement and a higher functional ability to think are or should be a job requirement, no? Or are you just too ecstatic over the chance to sound like an expert to see this clearly? This guy should be locked up for trying to cheat a police officer's hiring process.

I have my bachelor's degree in Pharmacology.. so I can simply answer your question. Tramadol (Ultram) is now a controlled substance in some states and is screened for in a urinalysis. For a typical 50mg to 100mg dose, the halfife is approximately 6 to 7 hours... Meaning that half if the drug has been excreted from the body.. which in turn means that it would take approximately 12 to 14 hours for the entire typical dose to be excreted. But also keep in mind that there are other factors to consider such as metabolism, kidney function, exercise, etc.
