I was on Suboxone for a little over a year. I quit about a month ago. I may have to take a urine test for the courts. Will it show up? Should I mention it prior?

You post on here, almost bragging about being a criminal and call a person that does a service for the community a liar, while you torment your community & cost the taxpayers a fortune to feed your addiction, please get help if you haven't...make 2014 your year & then get back on here & except responsibility for your actions, then apologize for the ignorance that you spew out all over the internet. Yes they have to test for it it's not gonna be a problem you'll be ok if it's for a job or somthing like that if it for court you might be in trouble because it say in your system for 4 to 5 days if you took 4 mg

I took a half a suboxone strip 8 mg Friday about 11 am I got to take a drug test Monday afternoon will they check for suboxone or will I be OK? Do they have to test specifically for suboxone?

Naltrexone you have to be clean from suboxone for 7 days before they give it to you look it up if your having a hard time getting off subs I was and I am clean for 17 days now....

Ryan, thanks for the info. I take my test on 11/12/14. I am doing 8mg daily. I plan on doing my last dose on the morning of the 7th. Luckily, it doesn't have to completely be out of my system by then. I'm sure he will send it out to the lab so I intend to drink a lot of water that morning.
If you don't mind me asking, what is the non-narcotic medicine that they are giving you?

I went in after ten days to take a urine test for court I was down to 2 mg every say 2 to 3 days and like I said I was on it for a long time and it still came up positive that's why I just started a new non narcotic med good luck

Ryan, thank you for the info. I was wondering about long term use and how long it would take if doing 8mg per day. Luckily, I found a place that sells a single test for Suboxone for cheap(1.99 per test) I just ordered some tests for peace of mind before I walk into see my probation officer. I will post my test results on here as I take them. I will start off after being without a dose for 3 days. I bought 10 tests so I have enough to use until I receive a negative result. I will keep everyone posted.

I thought the same thing. Unfortunately, the US Probation Office is exempt from Hippa laws.

I have one more question I had been clean from suboxine for 6 days went and got naltrexone from my Dr after 2 hours of a 25mg I went into server withdrawal it's been 24 hours from my last naltrexone feeling a lil better right now ..I guess the suboxine wasn't fully out of my system since I was on it for almost 2 years..if I take another naltrexone what's gonna happen will I go into withdrawal again or what thanks for taking your time to read

Very likely will show up, but the if you were legally prescribed it then it is a HIPPAA violation for you to have to advise the courts. I would advise PO if you have one, but if you want let them know.

It will stay in your system for 5 days is you take a 8mg or 4 MG 2mg will be out in 3 to 5 days I took a drug test for court and I came up positive after being on it for a year I even drank a lot of water once to see if that would work and I pissed all water and it still came back positive ..

not true i had taken a half of a 8 mg strip on the 14th and had a court date on the 15th and i was suprised a drug test was ordered. I thought i was fine and that it wouldnt show either. i tested positive for just a half i had taken the day before
