I took it and failed a urine test a week later but the test was sent off to a lab.

I just recently took a urine test for pain management and i had taken 2 quater pieces of suboxen a total of HALF of a suboxen in two days (for the first time!!!)....and 10 whole days later when i took my drug test i was positive for my oxy in which im supposed to be and then they found bup and if i have a 2nd dirty test then i will be booted from pain management. And i am now in the same boat i took a quater of suboxen a few days ago and i need to find out how to flush this crap outta my urine!

most test dont like a 4 panel or 6 panel. but bet your ass the 12 panel does.. balee dat sista

There is a specific test for it, suboxone doctors use it to make sure their patients are taking it and the right dosage instead of selling or abusing the medication

It stayed in my system 6 days after taking 4mg strip and I drank water and coffee like crazy...this isnt the thing you want to risking a possitive ua for any reason

Too stressful to figure out how many days 84 hours is? You divide that by 24 on a calculator. And 145 pounds for someone who is 5'10 is not great shape. You are probably really skinny and need to put on more weight

it def shows up but it has to b a 10 panel test I know it for a fact cause at my sub clinic they test to c if your not doing any other drugs and that subs r in your system so whoever saying they don't test for it is a f***ing moron

Hey all, I have the same question as to how long it stays in your system & urin. I will say that at one time I did not take any subs for 3 days and it did show up on a drug test that My pain management doctor did. This has also happen to someone else I know on a test from their pain management doctor.

look I took a whole strip 8mg on Friday afternoon and by Tuesday was clean completely, you got plenty of time to pass that test

Question.. I've been taking 1mg of suboxone a day for about 3 months. how long do you think it will stay in my system if I have to have a urine test for employment? its a small amount for a short period of time. do you think it'll show for employment?

Ummm,actually it is a semi-synthetic opiate so yes it is a form of opiate but it will only show up on a urine screen if they test specifically for buprenorphine which can stay in your system for 5-10 days!!! I was on them for 2 years!!!

buprenorphine is most certainly an opiate. It works by attaching itself to ALL open opiate receptors in your brain. unlike most other opps which only attach some. So if all receptors are filled with BUP, then others, like oxy or morphine, cannot attach. It "supposed" to be less additive than other opps, but any long term use will cause withdrawals like any other. Worse in fact from what I understand. So if you MUST use it, only use it for a week, not 6 months.

It will show up if they put that damn stick in your urine I thought I was good to go until my PO used that stick that test for it I failed
