i need to know how long does lortabs stay in your system i took 3 day before and 2 today my doctor gives them for my neck and back and im trying to get this job

Thought I would post my experience here in case it helps someone else who is scared about their test like I was.

I took a 7.5 Lortab on Thursday night, 2 on Friday, and a fourth pill Sat morning. My ua was scheduled for Tuesday but was moved to Wed morning, giving me 4 days to "prep", which just meant pounding about a gallon of water a day. I didnt exercise or eat differently, and I am about 50 lbs overweight so my metabolism is not fast. Less that 24 hours after my ua the company called to tell me I passed. It was a pre-employment ua, no idea if it was 5 or 10 panel.

Also, on Sun 3 days before the test I took Adderral and Xanax, I at least expected the Adderral to show up since even basic tests screen for it but it too was undetectable after only 3 days, and I'd been using it daily for weeks. Best of luck to everyone out there!!

Ok so I take 8-10 hydrocodone a day, 10mg when is have them take is. I never imagined in my life I would be addicted to anything. But here I am Thursday night I looked in my at 10:30 and it looked to be I want to believe was 10 pills. I took 2 then and 2 when I woke up at 6am Friday morning. And let's not forget I took 4 more threw out Thursday as afternoon I took 2 more at 720 because I ate a piece of pumpkin bread and didn't want to lose my high from not eating then 2 more at around 10am Friday morning then I ate subway sandwhiche at 130. Then took 2 more afterwards at like 2pm. I took last 2 in the bottle at like 9pm Friday night. I don't eat much when I'm taking them because if you take them after you have eaten you more than likely won't feel its effects and I end up taking 2 more. Don't like to waste then because even though I do get a prescription every month they don't last all month and I'm not wealthy at all so I can't afford to buy them very often but back to the question at had I do drink a lot ok coke cola and or sodas and I ready that it stay in body for 24 hours. And in urine for 3-5 days. This is my question an by they time I get an answer at earliest is Sunday morning around 9 am. So is their away other than water I can speed up this process for my urine and my second question is, is there a way to test for it actually being in my body, and if so, how? My reason isn't for drug test for a job or probation. But for a home drug test. For my husband and I don't blame him at all for thinking that at all since November 2014 I have had four wrecks 2 of which was with other vehicles I was ran off the road this morning by a jacked up truck so I quickly went for the ditch because I was in a small sports car so to me ditch seems liked the better of my choices. The guy stopped and backed up their was no damage to my car but just in case he gave me his phone number. My husband was so mad he wouldn't call the guy and just ask him what happened so I called and had another family member ask him is I was driving fast or if it was my fault or his and he told them exactly what I did but my husband want me to take a home drug test that cost like 30 bucks that will be positive pls help. Thank you

Have you tried just going to NA meetings? You seem like you know there is a serious problem going on. I mean you say your husband is gonna drug test you. You've wrecked and almost died. Don't let drugs take all you have. Stop before it's too late and you have no husband, no job, no home.

I would have to say in the wd's should subside within the next day or so. 10 days max but since you are exercising, it should be sooner for you.

Hydrocodone breaks down into metabolites. Norhydrocodone and hydromorphone are two. Norhydrocodone stays in your system the longest. When you come up positive on a UA, its because the metabolites or parent drug has been detected. Detection times depend on the UA. A simple test like a 5 panel test only have a 3 day detection time for opiates. Hydrocodone is a synthetic opioid. I have heard that some drug test wont even show hydrocodone, since its an opioid. After reading a study, it concluded that 7 individuals took one 10 milligram pill and tested positive for a time length of (2-4 days)48-96 hours. The individuals of this study drank water at their own accord. Basically, the results vary depending on the individual. SWIM took a ten milligram tablet on Thursday and SWIM's job called him in for a test on Monday. SWIM shoud pass this test if he stops taking the drug. Drinking water will help SWIM pass the drugs out of SWIM's sytem. A healthy diet will also help. Hydrocodone is fat soluble, helping it cross the brain/blood barrier quickly. Exercise can help SWIM as well. If SWIM is still worried, he could even go to his local head shop and by a detoxifying product. These products may show an invalid drug test result. Hello all to answer you're questions I am in pain management.. I am on Suboxone that saved my life because I was addicted to hydrocodone! I slipped up and took 10 pills a day or more for 6 straight days (Also With AZO'S Every Day) without taking the Suboxone on those 6 days, then stopped The hydrocodone and continued on with Suboxone for eight days and I had a 12 panel drug test on that 8th day at 10:30 I drank a gallon of water each day for five days on the eighth day was test time, so it had only been out of my system for 7 days really 8 if you count test day as well!! I'm 5'8 and weigh 140pounds! I knew and had been warned that if it was in my system I would be arrested or be kicked out period No questions asked per the dr. so I was so worried until I saw him again in 2 weeks,doesn't matter they're all pills you had or a prescription you just happen to pick up your out or worse jail! I passed so needless to say I will never be stupid enough to even consider doing it ever again in my entire life I will stay on the Suboxone! Glad I passed or it was over for me so 7 or 8 full days for hydrocodone not to show up on a 12 panel test. I know this is old but I'm just letting you all know that I would at least give it "7" full days! So I would say yes it should be!!

2-4 days..12 panel tests for nor hydrocodone and hydromorphone metabolites. Norhydrocodone has the longest half life about 9 hours. It takes 5-7 half life’s to get out of your urine completely. Worst case scenario 7 half-life’s times 9 =63 hours. Don’t drink alcohol stay hydrated. Drink lemon/lime water and take green tea pills both are antioxidants and both both speed your metabolism. Take B vitamins vitamins and cranberry pills thru the day and a milk thistle before bed as it will help build up more of the toxins in your liver over night and shorten the time it takes to pass. I took 2 ten’s a day for a month. Then took 8 10’s and to 7.5 oxy’s in two days. Quit and was passing in 47.5 hours. I gave myself a week to be sure and was clean in 2 days. Even took a 15 panel cup with oxy, opiates and morphine panels. Also had PH, specific gravity and creatine levels on the cup. All my levels were right. I have a prescription for Xanax and my body still had to process those as well and had no problem in 48 hours. If you just be healthy and have no pre existing health issues, Kidney/Liver problems it will not take 7 days. I have taken 3 30’s OC’s and still passed at 60 hours. Order 12 panels on Amazon and take them every 48. Give your self a week to be safe you will learn your own body chemistry and realize it is 48-96 hours. Make sure the 12 panel has a opiate cut off at 2000ng. And a morphine panel at 300ng. And a Oxy panel the ng is always the same on that panel.
