i need to know how long does lortabs stay in your system i took 3 day before and 2 today my doctor gives them for my neck and back and im trying to get this job

I took two lortab 7.5 Saturday night around 10p.m I had to take a drug test Tuesday morning 7:30 am I'm 154 pounds didn't drink quite a Gallon of water but close is my system clean.

Bad idea. It's not so much one or the other, it's the combination. Either way, to be pulled over, you must have alerted the officer with some questionable driving. Never take a narcotic or a Benzo and then drive. NEVER,

No, they metabolize into completely different components,vicodin isn't even a drug, it's a pro drug that must first be metabolized in the liver before you feel any effect, this is unlike oxycodone which takes affect as soon as it enters your blood stream. People seem to be under the impression that any narcotic will show up the same, maybe under a simple 7 panel it might but with pain management they do assay testing, tells them the exact narcotic as well as the quantity in your system. This allows the doctor to make sure that you have a "therapeutic" dose in your system, otherwise people would just sell their script, take one the morning of your appointment and be good to go, trust me, pain management knows all the scams, the best way of working the system is to use your meds correctly for a day or two and then "bank" a urine sample for the next test.

No, scripts for controlled substances are normally valid for only 30 days past the date it was written.

Don't know for a fact how long, but would think your urine would be "clean" within 30 days. I actually think that most drugs are clear from urine is lots less than 30 days.

Papatoo, they will show up , both of them, and they will know how much is in your system. ....it happened to me two weeks ago and I only had a script for oxy, they will know!!

That is a ridiculous comment because a company will just have a more suitable candidate if they find any drug in your system. People who use pain pills are addicted or have health problems. This cannot be in a companys best interests
