I took only one 7.5 lortab and was drug tested. Will it show up in my urine? If so, for how long?

Thanks for the people how chose to answer the question instead of being pissed off ..... I don't understand y are people on this post if it makes them feel that way? Umm for me I had a script for mine BUT I could not take them bc of some work related issues... However I would like to hope that if I'm in real pain like u guys post that my dr. Would give me the proper Medicine for it ... They do no best... They are doctors .....

I just wanted to share your disgust for the ones who don't know REAL PAIN and make it so difficult for those of us who suffer on a daily basis. These people have made our suffering even more prominent by complicating how, when and where we can get our only relief!

I'm with you! I have chronic pain in my lower back, hips and knees and because of people abusing their meds, I have to go to a pain clinic and jump through hoops. Getting my meds is a lengthy process now, and I am STILL waiting and in pain! Sucks!

I have a 10/325 vicodin, if I take half today and then half an hour before my pain mgt appt on wed will it show up in my drug test?

my pain dr let me go bc he said i had loratabs in my urine test and i am prescribed percocets, i did take some prescription cough medicine 6 days ago, that seems like a long time to still show up, this has happened to me 2 times where i have not taken anything like that for several days but they still say it shows up then they keep asking when i last took the percocets and i tell them the truth but now i do not have a dr and i stay in severe pain and probably cant get another dr to see me and give me meds. any help would be appreciated

I've not had good experiences with telling them I've taken AnY extra meds.!
Most pain Mngmt. clinics are very 'matter of fact' about what behaviors they consuder acceptable Or NoT.
I think its sad how they've gotten where you cant b completely honest with them ! They seem to b concerned with all the users & abusers of medications.
This isn't all bad it's just they are trying desperately to weed out these people from those who truly need these meds. for debilitating pain/illnesses !! Sad !

I use to take hydros all the time, but I have stopped talking them as often. I went to the hospital and got a small script of 5MG, but I use to take 10Mg about everyday. I just took two 7.5MG. I'm pretty short and fit, also only weigh 121lbs, how long will the 7.5s stay in my system

I see a pain doc too. They don't test to see how much is in your system. They test to make sure it is in your system. Just don't take so much that you run out. Because then you are going to suffer Bad!

I did ten hydroe Friday till Saturday have drug test Tuesday will I been clean if I stop and drink a lot of fluids

I agree 100% with you. Thanks for sharing this with people. I'm in the same boat. I feel half the time when going to the Dr for help with chronic pain they have to go through so much just to treat the pain. I think it is a nightmare because I feel like I am being treated like a criminal. I am thrilled that you said it with much merit!!!!!

Yes, you are so right!! I fell off a roof 15 ft on to the top of my head two years ago. I also am on a pain contract and take my medicine like I should and am sick of feeling like a "druggy" every time I go to my pain doctor because of the s**ty people that abuse prescription drugs!!

I am so with you! I have scoliosis and just to get meds to help with the pain I have to feel like a prisoner every month. having to do urine tests and everytime it shows up perfect cus I don't drink or do drugs. its ridiculous what these junkies out there have done for us legit people.

Suggestion...if you KNOW you're taking a drug test in 5 days why risk it...isn't that a tad bit stupid. ..if you can't wait maybe you have an addiction issue

Marijuana stays in your system 30 plus days if you're a daily or frequent user NOT percocet or vicodin nor any generic forms of these meds...they have a life span of 24 hrs but stay in your system from 2 to 5 days depending on your body...wish ppl would just Google this and get fact instead of posting bulls***. .but even more so i wish ppl would stop taking meds that are not prescribed to them...if you have a problem get help but common sense tells one if you know you have a drug test don't take anything not prescribed to you....why is this concept so difficult to grasp...

A site called passyourdrugtest has a timetable with a list of drugs legal and illegal and the times they show up in urine....blood and hair root tests...This is a legitimate site so use this if y'all insist on using meds that aren't prescribed to you or are illegal especially right before a drug test you know you're taking days from doing drugs
