I took only one 7.5 lortab and was drug tested. Will it show up in my urine? If so, for how long?

I know all too well how you feel and I completely agree! I'm so sick of addicts (like my ex husband of 24yrs that I was with since I was 15yo) stealing meds, or finding a doctor to prescribe them when they don't NEED them to survive like we do! Pain has taken so much from me and my life has irrevocably changed because of it. It's because of the addicts we have to jump through hoops to fight for a modicum of a "normal" life! I'm hoping to get some type of device like you have so that I can get off of some of this crap, aka pain meds, that is damaging my body, but as of yet I have no alternative except to take in order to have a semblance of a life. If i havw only taken one hydrocodone and i have a urine test coming how many hours before this should i take this to recieve a positive urine test

If I took one lortab on Friday and I'm not a frequent user. Would this show up on a urine test on a Monday?

I took a half of a lortab 10 on sunday morning at 9am and I have a drug screen on Wednesday at 4 will I pass a urine and oral drug screen

If I took 60 mg of hydrocodone on Sunday morning will I be okay for a drug test on a Thursday at 8:30 at night?

You are absolutely right. I have back pain and take 4 hydrocodone a day and my Dr gave me a test and it has come out negative the last 2 times. He accused me of selling them but as you know it depends on your body how long things stay in your system.

lortab and vicodin are the same drug its just a different manufacturer...you are good to go

loratab n vic. r the same exact thing except for the Tylenol that's n them but other then that they both r hydrocodone n will show up the same exact thing only difference is the amount of Tylenol is n each one

I am with you. I take my prescribed norco daily and when tested by my pain Doctor no signs of narcotics are in my system. I got lectured that I was running through my prescription too fast and they suggested putting me on suboxone. Like you, I just said wow!

Just curious. You made a comment about how someone was a junkie just a legal one. I really hope you aren't talking about me. What makes your pain any worse than anyone else's? What makes you think that I or anyone else is a junkie? There are junkies out there and some will take advantage of pain clinics to get their fix and it is the people like that who cause people like yourself or me to have to go through extensive drug testing and counts. I really hope you find what works best for your pain. But you shouldn't say that people are junkies when you don't know them or their situation and surely don't feel their pain.

Lortab and Vicodin are both hydrocodone. You'll be fine.

I have been on pain management for 8 years I have had 13 surgeries and a real pain issue. Because of people that abuse drugs I have to go through extensive monthly test I can't take cold medicine I can no longer have a small glass of wine I cannot even go to the er. If I have a broken bone and it's after hours of my pain doctor I cannot even go to er to get it cast. If I have chest pains I have to get permission to go to er. It's reficulous. I was cut down by 60 pills a month this is crazy. I have to suffer throughout the month because I was cut two pills a day. I get called in for counts as late as midnight. Druggies have cause all this and I and others like me have to suffer. I feel your pain.
