-have enough sleep(8 hours)
-consume laxative tablets
-drink plenty of water and if possible white carrot juice is good
-after the 8 hour sleep urinate at least 20 times and defecate least 2 times....Good Luck

It was a pee test from a iop. And I took the test twice one in the third day and one on the four day. But remember that I drank a lot if water with in these days.

So I will have a urine test this next Friday and I smoke about 2 joints a day. If I stop will I pee clean?

I took a percocet 30 on Fri and h on sat. I take klonopin so it has to show in my urine. I also take remeron which i should, an antidepressant so that shouldn't matter. I'm about 100 lbs I believe and about 5'1. I'm a female and have a very fast metabolism to the best of my knowledge. I have to eat a lot of food and don't gain weight too quick. As far as I know I'm being tested Monday. I don't know if it will be in the morning or evening Monday. I can choose day or night classes. My anxiety is through the roof. I was doing fine not using and stopped consuming marijuana I believe couple years ago, but not a heavy user of any of the above mentioned substances. My anxiety got the best of me about the marijuana because the courts and my doctor will be getting the results. So I slipped up with the percocet 30 Fri and the h on Sat. I know really dumb of me. I've been walking a lot, doing sit ups and when I go fishing it's a lot of walking and carrying chairs and coolers, etc. Also doing all i can to make myself sweat. I've been drinking a lot of water and juices and can dilute and get the b12, but how is that gonna affect the klonopin as I have to take them every night and not sleeping well. I will be getting tested regularly for awhile. I went to detox about a month ago and have a court order for continued substance abuse treatment by family relations. I haven't been sleeping well tho even with my meds. I know I won't be so stupid and slip up again. Any suggestions. Help. My anxiety is bad. And I can't use synthetic urine due to the klonopin.

Only problem is suboxene it can stay 17 -24: days didn't know that myself but got kicked out of my pain clinic for subs 11 days after I'd taken 8 mg 4 days in a roll

The best way is to go cold turkey it really sucks but it will take about 3 to 5 days of being sick, but after, your body is free of everything. You can use herbs and over the counter remedies to help relieve some of the W/D symptoms like (Keaton and blue lotus extract) will help with hot and cold flashes, (valerian root)will help with the restless legs and body, and lots of (Imodium pills like 6 to 8 depending on the severity)will help with the vomiting and diarrhea, and (ibuprofen 800 mg every 8 hrs) for body aches and (B12) can help with the loss of energy and help flush the system same with (cranberry pills and 100% cranberry juice). LOTS AND LOTS OF H2O and Pedialyte even tho it may be hard to keep down, to stay hydrated is extremely important and it will help flush the system faster. really nothing helps that much with sleep except benzos and weed but they say in the system for even longer 8 days if your thinner and have a good metabolism but up to 2weeks otherwise pot even longer. Subs work but it stays in the system longer too and you run the risk of going into Pre Withdrawal which is even worse. So cold turkey with natural and over the counter remedies is the best in my opinion. But most importantly stay mentally strong and resist the urge to "get well" GOOD LUCK

One bag of heroin takes a day and a half. Actually I took a bag and a half on Monday night around 11pm and took a ten panel urine test for parole on Wednesday around 5pm and passed.

Depending on the test if its a lab test they can tell the difference between most variations of drugs. Vicodin to percocet, morphine to heroin... the panel test are more general amd cannot distinguish as well as long as they are in the same family.

It depends ..I have to go everyweek as I'm on a metadone script...I often came up dirty after six but it's rare u need to drink plenty of water and even go walking but to be safe u need the 7...it really is strange coz I often passed on 5 days...lots of water is the main key

If they sent it in to the lab they will know right away what drugs you have used right there. I live in canada on parole and even tho im on morphine script i piss hot for it but this week they wanted to know exactly what was in my urine and ive been taking about .3 of heroin every 4 hours so im ****ed and im going to get sent away again but yeah if they send it to a lab your ****ed. They can seperate what kind of drug is in your urine completely so my advice is get a urine kit to pull everything out. Mind you, you will go into instant withdrawal but it's better than going back to jail/prison especially if its your last chance, at least in canada. I've had 37 drug charges and the longest stretch i have ever served was 8 months and now i think ill get 2 months for breaching my parole and i only have like 6 months left on it.

Adam what is the name of the drink? I was able to get an extension for my test but like an i**** I relapsed. Today is Friday and I have 2 go Monday. I also have been using the Azo cranberry tablets and vit b12 which says it speeds metabolism helps immune system and the nervous system. I am prescribed ambien as needed and mirtazapine (remeron) an antidepressant and clonazapam (klonopin) so the antidepressant shouldn't show nething and I haven't had ne marijuana in like 2-3 wks but I'm not a heavy user on marijuana, h, or p30, so I'm not concerned on going into immediate withdrawal cuz that's the least of my worries but the klonopin (benzo) has 2 show up in my system. if ambien doesn't show up it's ok cuz it's as needed. idk if the drink will clear the benzo out as well. the test I do know will b done on site and sent 2 quest but I'm pretty sure the drink is gonna clear the benzo out. I took the 2 p30 and h at about 9:30 -10 am today Fri and can go on Monday anywhere from 10 am til bout 1 or 2 cuz I have to do an evaluation 1st and pick up my husband at 3:30 Mon from work. I am bout 5'1 and bout 100 lbs. the results will be sent 2 my psych doc and the courts. it's not 4 parole. it was a disorderly conduct/domestic violence. I did a 5 day detox from 6/8- 6/12 and Mon will b 8/1. there are days I don't take nething but have taken a couple p30 and h in between. I have very lil marijuana so my system should b clear of that but would rather show positive 4 marijuana than the p30 and h. I know I can refrain from all of the above until Mon and through the program. unfortunately my husband says real bad things 2 me and that's my worst reason 2 take these drugs cuz it stops me from focusing on the marital issues but maybe that's just an excuse 4 me cuz I can't justify it otherwise. it's not like neone is forcing me and I realize I'm responsible 4 my own actions but if the drink clears the benzos that is gona b a problem. idk if I just continue the cranberry tabs which make u pee a lot and the b12 speeds metabolism but also I read puts color to the urine. I have a fast metabolism as it is. I have always had probs with my sugar dropping when I get hungry. I had 7 teeth pulled on 7/2 but was only prescribed 12 vic 5's so can't use that as I know the labs can tell the difference between vic perc and h etc. idk if just drinking lots of water with the cranberry pills and b12 will flush my system in time. but idk the name of the drink or if I can get it locally. And best of luck in ur situation. I also can't use yellow snow (synthetic urine) due 2 the benzos needing 2 show up in my system.

It be a tight one if ur not a heavy user u should be ok....drink lots of water ..it really is the main thing ..and be active a bit of sweath can help ..good look

I had heroin on Saturday night and I work outside and drink a lot of water and sweat alot and I have to go in today for a test. Do u think I will be good?

I went to court and the judge allowed me to do IOP classes. intensive outpatient program. it is 3 days a wk 3 1/2 hrs a day. I was gonna use yellow snow, a synthetic urine, even tho I take klonopin (benzo) and needed it in my system. I went on Thursday 8/10/16 for my 1st class and had to fess up. couldn't use yellow snow. Had it with me. They literally go in the bathroom with you and it is random test. After that I have to go to relapse prevention. once a wk. so I have no choice but to quit cold turkey at this point but at least I have klonopin, ambien and mirtazapine (remeron) an antidepressant but they all make u sleep. My husband is verbally and started becoming physically abusive. so we both end up with a disorderly conduct but the code also covers domestic violence. I did a inpatient detox back on 6/8/16 -6/12/16 ordered by the court. I called 911 on 6/4/16 cuz my husband put his hands on me. He told the police I was using h. I was doing OK but my husband continues with the verbal abuse and had 2 more times of physical. We both got disorderly conduct. He is a heavy drinker and consumes marijuana as well. I stopped smoking and doing OK with that and don't use p30 nemore either and doing OK with that but keep slipping on the h. But I don't want to end up in inpatient detox again so he got drug abuse classes as well and when he's done will have domestic violence or anger management. I will keep you all posted how many days until I test clean. I keep taking the azo cranberry and drinking water and b12 to speed up metabolism even tho I have a fast metabolism. and for energy. also heard it puts color in your urine. I am bout 5'1 and probably under 100 lbs. not eating well but getting lot of exercise. In a way I want to go back to detox but it was horrible, they wake u every 4 hrs and I wasn't allowed nething but my antidepressants and they used librium a different benzo and used methadone. by my last night I only slept bout hr and a half. so at this point I pick cold turkey and my antidepressant klonopin and ambien so I at least sleep.
