I took a half a gram of Heroin on Friday but don't dose regularly. I weigh 157 and am a 5'7 female. If I have a UA on Monday will it show up?

I haven't done any herion in 5-6 months or longer.. I take subs daily for chronic pancreatitis I got into a car wreck need to take the edge off did a single line of H but found out I have a UA next Tuesday will I pass or should I prepare for the worst?

If I did a dime bag of heroin an hour ago &I have drank a gallon of water & counting, and was almost 2 days w.o it at all will I pass a drug test tomo morning at 10 ish?

It is like any opiate about 72 hrs to get out of your system. As small as you are drink plenty of water or beer cuz that makes u pee the most and sweat as much as possible and u should be good. N wake up hours early the morning of your test and start drinking waterand pee as many times as possible before u test. Ofcoarse if they dont watch there is always synthetic urine its undetectable and it works

Be very careful using half a gram with no habit is a massive amount even though on Methadone that gives u a tolerance. AS FAR AS SHOWING IN A URINE TEST OR EVEN MOST TESTS IT CAN BE 3 DAYS BEFORE U R CLEAR OR EVEN LONGE. IT DEPENDS ON THE INDIVIDUAL. Drinking a healthy amount of water (2 Litres a day) helps clean your system, but more importantly don't over dose. All the best be cearfull TAFF.

you have hit the nail on the head. im from england and a user myself im on a subutex script now but i have been reading what all you yanks have to say and i feel sorry for you. i dont think your gov are doin the right thin over there your all gonna end up on H

It can be detected for up to 5 days in a urine at a lab, because they don't test for the drug any longer, they test for the metabolites that each drug produces.

That's what I said. And I'm not getting anything. I was dropped cold turkey from 16mg subutex a day to NOTHING. I was exposed to second hand marijuana smoke and showed positive urine at 0.022 or something, and this was months before my Subutex was stopped anyway. They knew it was casual exposure. I just said so much I confused everyone. I'm still having withdrawal cramps on top of my well documented pain from areas where spurs and bars are pressing into my spinal cord and my "nerve outlets" are so small the nerves throughout my spine are inflamed and radiate pain all over. When I do doze off at night I dream electric monsters are eating my back. So no... I'm not getting any pain medication.

Ok so I've been clean for 3 months off herion i shot up Wednesday night od then used between 3-5am Thursday morning Im in outpatient and am probably going to be drug tested tuesday morning I've been drinking lots of water green tea Im afraid to really eat anything but read it was ok to eat eggs ... So I've been doing that Im hoping i can get a home drug test tomorrow Im 5"3 weigh about 107lb female what are the odds of me passing i have legals and cps so i would be honest before i failed but if i could pass id rather not say anything

Good advice, and soon anesthesia based pain control is the ONLY pain control that will be available anyway. This will suck for those of us who have systemic pain from diseases like MS, Lupus, Fibromyalgia and other systemic auto-immune diseases like osteoarthritis that can't be treated with biologic medications like Humira/Adalimumab. Methadone is being phased out and most docs are going to stop prescribing Suboxone and Subutex because it's going generic--er *sardonic cough* the government has placed too many controls on their practice in relation to its use *sardonic cough*. Very soon the only pain medication that isn't a placebo/Antidepressant (for psychosomatic pain--ask ANY doctor to explain the analgesic action of Cymbalta and I guarantee you they can't because IT DOES NOT EXIST except in the mind of the user, and it's just CRIMINAL they get away with advertising it as a pain medication when so many antidepressants lead to suicide in ALL ages including adults who are included in warning labels in places like the UK where medical care is NOT FOR PROFIT). You are correct about pain clinic testing being FAR more sensitive than other testing. I share an apartment with some guys who have friends who only occasionally smoke here and we run air conditioning all summer, and I STILL popped just marginally positive. They are CRAZY sensitive. If you plan eventual surgery bear in mind all those anesthesia based procedures WILL impact the eventual chance of success of your surgical procedure, yet most insurance REQUIRES you to have those procedures done before they will approve surgery--so figure that one out. "Chasing the dragon" is no fun, whether you're here becaue your methadone clinic turned you into MORE of an addict than you were before or because a "pain doctor" took you from subutex (after never abusing ANYTHING but just wanting to avoid narcs) at 16mg per day to NOTHING and you're just checking out your options to avoid suicide as I am, or if you got caught up in something and it got out of control, or if you're just a casual user (in which case I say STOP NOW if you're not in pain because it's SO not worth it because EVERY person I've ever known who has used for any length of time says it take more and more to TRY to get the high you got those first few times and the whole process is just futile and expensive and will make you do things you never thought you'd consider doing in your LIFE...but I'm not here to preach or judge, just offer facts and support). Be glad ur getting any pain medss at all. Effin' pharma lobby wants more $$$ and soon only cancer patients will get oxy or percs or ANY opiates and we'll ALL be using heroin!

I have snorted about 3 to 5 bags of heroin a day for about a month or two. If i snorted 4 bags Friday would it show in a urine on Monday. I bring drinking alot of water and pee is running clear. Its a home drug test i need to pass. Any feedback would be appreciated.

for me personaly it does not. im 23 female 5'2 and 145. But that's from Friday at 5 to Monday at 5 which is actually 72 hrs(3 days). But I also drink 1-2 gallons of water a day and exersize intensly during this time/ if its summer I drive around in the car windows up for 20 minutes get all sweaty.

Yea if its been 14 days then the H is out. I also have chronic pain am 5'9" and 220 (30 punds over my ideal weight) I wasn't active and didnt drink extera water or any laxitive s*** showed up in my UA after 6 days I thought I would give it an extra 2 days to be sure. You have to give it 10 days minimum for a pain clinic test cause its way better. I was kicked out of the pain clinic and did H off on a total of 6 months. Took 7 5mg/325 percs while withdrawing and it did nothing. Your tolerance sky rockets once you're using H at all. I was over taking my meds sometimes for pain and to get high a couple days once I got my new script then I ran short 4 days on the meds and started using H when i couldn't get any extra oxy. Wish I never started using H/. Before quiting all opiates I blew threw 180 percs for the whole month in less than a week, chasing a high. where before H I'd be off a couple days. I know WD+pain will make you nuts but I have learned the hard way if you need pain meds you will delete your hook up in your phone and stick to your script no mater what starting today. I do PT, ice, I had a medial branch block, got a surgical consult and now that I'm clean my pain is tolerable all the time. When they were under medicating my pain+tolerance my pain would be great for 4 hours after I took all my break through percs,to get moving and be terrible by bed time even with 60mg of OP oxy. I didn't think I was high at all and I would still be in pain but now that i'm off it I know I was at least a little. Like a drunk blowing over a .15 will think there sober being impaired becomes the new normal. Pain clinics don't use normal drug tests compared to jobs or the courts its way more intense and expensive about 300$ cause they're mass spectrometer urine test and they will catch everything if its still in your system. If you want for your meds used to help you way more you may have to stop any opiates for at least a month every 6 months and never abuse or take more than your given. Every time you take opiates especially to get high at all your brain is adapting and becoming more tolerant your brain will go back to before ever using in a matter of weeks. Kind of like working out if you could first bench 145 it may take 2 years to build a tollerance and adapt to benching 250. If you take a couple months off and your bench drops to 185 but in 3 months your back to your original 250 but from then on its a slow go. Once your body adapts it never goes away. If youre still able to work out regular or stand/sit for longer than an hour get off all of it. I suggest going to a medical detox to ease with drawal and evaluating where your pain is actually at 6 weeks after. I take 60mg cymbalta and mobic plus zanaflex to go to bed while in pain. I never tried drugs before getting pain meds, hated percs the first 4 days then thought it was a wonder drug until while later I went cold turkey off H and was broke going through withdrawal the first time that time. i hated the docs for what they started but hated myself way more for even trying H. Ask if a medial branch block could help before surgery if you need It, I was told by the pain clinic doc I needed surgery looking at my MRI but now that the surgeons said they couldn't help I think he didn't want to give me more meds, but see the best neuro surgeon that takes your insurance then only take the any meds for as long as the surgeon writes you meds then go to detox. But never ever use H again. Stick to your low dose until the Dr. ups it no matter what even if you have to have someone hold on to them cause you cant stop taking extras. Keep going and the time you stop before drug tests will get shorter and shorter until your caught and kicked out of your Dr. Once you cant share your last medical records with any new place if they take you will get nothing compared to what you used to.

I snorted some heroin for like a week n a half and it was like a $30 bag each day spread out over 24 hours & last time was abt 14 days ago it was my first time & I see a Dr. regularly as i am on oxycontin for the major pain n percocet for the break thru pain & I am looking at surgery in the near future and i'm hoping that my Dr. will change something with these meds b/c they arent doing the trick. this is my question i get a ua n a blood test in a couple of days is thr anything i can do so that the heroin wont show --I am really scared-please help

No it wont show anything on your test. Heroin comes out from the system 72hours which is 3 days. Plus if u drinking a lot of water like u said then its even less then 3 days. So don't worry u good!
