It’s a synthetic opiate. and a basic urine analysis test for certain drugs, methadone, and metabolites from heroin, oxys, morphine show up even, tylenol 1-3 (b/c of the codeine) but methadone shows up as METHADONE. so if you are not clean they will know. those drugs turn into morphone metabolites in your body. so they don’t know EXACTLY what you’ve used unless you tell them. I’ve done heroin and it showed up as morphine. I said I just took some tylenol. and the dr. said it must have been tylenol #1,2, or 3 (b/c of the codeine). I split ½ a gram of H would someone (iv) on friday at about 11pm latest. and it’s Tuesday and I have a U/A to do this morning before 12. Wonder if I will pee clean. I could use “clean” pee but I do want to go up on my methadone by 5mg but he won’t do it cause I’ve been clean for months and have all my carries. I’ve also been drinking lots of water! The test/ dr’s appt is today. what do you think the chances are of me having a clean test? I weight 91lbs, and I am 5’4”.

It varies from individual to individual & also on the quality/strength of the substance itself. For example........I have been a regular user of Heroin (smoking/chasing the dragon only, never injecting) since I was 21. I am now 27. During my battle with addiction I have tried to stop by doing a Suboxone detox program, Methadone program & so on. In order to reduce your doze/move onto a detox program, I had to submit opiate free urine drug screens on a regular basis. In this time I was not 100% commited to stop using & continued to use heroin around 3-4 times per week. I then started to realise that I was able to pass drug tests but also use heroin from time to time. I worked out that if I smoked a half gram of H on a Monday, my urine screen would be negative for Opiates on the Friday, a gap of 4 days. However, there have been times where I have smoked it on a Thursday, got tested on the following Tuesday (5 day gap) & tested positive. My advice to anyone who is taking H & subject to regular drug tests is to not take any H for 6 days prior to taking their urine screen. From personal experience, 5 days is usually enough, but to be absolutely safe & guaranteed to pass, wait the 6 days. Any time longer than that and you'll be negative for opiates. You will get a mixed answer between 2/3/4/5 days to be clear, it all depends on your metabolism. However, from personal experiences, 6 days is spot on. For example, taking it on a Saturday, you will be clear for the Friday of the next week. I'm babbling on a bit now so will end it there! Thanks.

Yes exercise and drink plenty of water and then on the day you go drink.6-8 16 oz glasses of water start drinking 3-2hours before your tests

#89 was directed at #87 "my brother died from heroin" sorry about your brother but people are going to use drugs as long as they are available, to reply to original question you should be ok due to your size and drink lots of water, heroin can stay in system anywhere from 2-7 days depending on many different variables- body size- quality, amount of dope, metabolism amount of exercise

I use to snort about 200 mg of roxy a day for about a year and a half then I quit for 6 months now I snort 3 to 4 bags a day of dope a day. I have 7 - 10mg pills of methadone, my question is is that enough to have for a detox??

I have had heroin stay in my system for up to 7 days. It depends on the purity and the type of drug test they use. Some drug tests are more sensitive than others and are able to detect even the smallest amount of opiates/heroin in your urine.

To my personal experience, THE ANSWER IS YOU NEED 72 HOURS MINIMUM to pass a standard urine screen test. (Of course, anything more is a PLUS. However, this applies to coke & heroin only- i dont use other so idk) In DETAIL: All this blabbering about drinking lots of water, tea, etc, MAY help.. but the BOTTOM LINE and STANDARD number is 72 HOURS MINIMUM for a standard URINE SCREEN to show up CLEAN/NEGATIVE.. (ANYTHING LESS, and you're 99.9% likely to FAIL. Again, I've taken my chances and learned through trial and error.) So to give you an example of what I mean by 72 HOURS.. it means you MUST NOT USE for at least 3 FULL DAYS before your URINE TEST!!! OR, You will FAIL. TRUST ME. YOU WILL FAIL.. MEANING, I dont care if youre 115 lbs. and drink a lake if 72 hours have not FULLY passed since your last use/hit/line.
Simply put, now LISTEN: IF you have a urine test on Tuesday (Idc what time)..THE ABSOLUTE FINAL DAY YOU CAN USE & STILL PASS IS FRIDAY. PERIOD... Hence, you NEED to be CLEAN on SAT, SUN, & MON in order to PASS a URINE screen on Tuesday.(NO exceptions..like,"but I did only more1 line on sat afternoon. FORGET IT, youre F***ED) Get it? 3 FULL DAYS of NOTHING, and on the 4th day you will be FINE. I promise this..(only for C and H) Again, If you used i.e... 10 GRAMS on Monday night (even till 2am, anything more, youre pushing it) YOU CAN NOT PASS a URINE TEST if it's on TUE, WED, & THUR.. Idc if it was only 1 line on that Mon... on TUE, WED and THUR.. YOU WILL FAIL.but on FRIDAY, you will be FINE..
Trust Me.. I've tried it all, and for the past 15 yrs., this standard is what has kept my freedom and peace of mind.. So, if you care about yourself, and can stick to this discipline and control. You should be fine.. I've been : ) Oh, Personally, in case your wondering, I am 37 yrs old, 160 lbs, but even when I was 24 and 125 lbs, anything LESS than the MAGIC FULL 72 HOURS, the result was inevitable... FAIL. (note, keep in mind that tests have become become better, but there's a standard procedure.. why? why else. MONEY. Meaning, "a standard urine screen is a standard urine screen", now if you raise any red flags, THEN the more high tech/expensive further testing will come into play and you're prob screwed.) To SUM it all up in SHORT, ALLOW 3 FULL DAYS after your last use to PASS, and you be fine for your urine screen.
Once More, if you use on FRIDAY NIGHT, you better NOT have a TEST until the following TUESDAY... if it's on Monday, the Thur before is fine.. but use on Friday, and your F'd on Monday. Idc who you are or the 100000 gallons of water you drank. You cant pass if 72 ful hours havent passed. I think you all got my point.. Sorry for repeating myself and blabbering, it just DRIVES ME CRAZY when folks say anything less than 72, however, the more is always better of course. There are actually different answers, if u only use on and off it should only take 3 - 4 days to be out, however if u have a habit, even like a bag a day and ur hitting up it can take up to 10 days to be out of ur system!

If you use heroin only once a week and are 200 pounds or less it will be undetectible within 40 to 52 hours. If you are a regular user than it will take 64 to 78 hours to be unavoiable
